The Space:

Step inside this cool and calming condo with a view of the ocean (from its private furnished balcony, of course). Take a load off and enjoy the comfort of central air-conditioning and enjoy a favorite show on the living room's TV. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a bonus pantry space with extra cooking tools for guests to use. Younger You can enjoy resting in the built-in wall bunks. Both bedroom suites include a private balcony entrance, plus an en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and a soaking tub (one also features double sinks). In addition to everything in this condo, You can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), an outdoor shower, a lazy river, and a shared fitness room during their stay.



Things to Know

The HOA will not allow any boats, trailers, or jet skis on the property. Violators will be towed





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We loved the condo. It had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the pool areas. The staff was great at communicating during the check-in process and throughout the stay.

WONDERFUL

This condo was perfect! Beautiful view of the ocean and the pool area. Super clean and plenty of room for whole family! Kitchen has everything you need except for seasoning and that type of stuff!

Best location to date!

This resort is very accommodating, the staff keep great communication with the guest, B408 was a very nice place for our family, perfect view while cooking and enjoying the sunrise and sunset! We will book this room again without hesitation!

Amazing!

This was our first trip to the waterscape resort and it will always be our go to from here on out! Condo B408 was everything we needed and more highly recommend this condo and resort to everyone! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Place looked just like the picture. Clean and up to date. If an issue came up they responded with in minutes and solved the issue. I would stay there again.

It was great! I was worried at first if the property would be as nice as it looked. It was better than expected! Clean! Nicely decorated. View was great! Pools were great! Ocean / beach was great and very close! Beach service was great with the umbrella and chairs! Great location! If you want to visit Destin it was such a close drive! The whole family loved our stay there! Can’t say enough things about it. We plan to be back!

We shall return

As a mother traveling with her two kids, I felt like this condo was safe. Also for the pools and beach view. Upon arrival, enter your gate code to the garage and follow the signs. Be cautious while taking the turns in the garage since it is a tight squeeze. It's 5MPH zone so watch out for other vehicles/guests. Park on the first turn onto level 4. This is where B units are located. The walk to the unit from the garage is a good distance. (Last unit before glass double doors) You will pass the elevator on your right that will take you down to the pool/beach access area. Trash chute is next to this elevator. Have your arm bands with you if you are going to use the pool. There is a toy chest not far from exiting the elevator for you to use on the beach. First come, first serve. I didn't use the beach chairs and umbrella, but if you want to reserve, you would just need to tell the guys out on the beach your unit number. If your are a coffee drinker, you will need supplies for the Keurig Duo. Washer/Dryer worked just fine for me. Laundry pods, Dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish sponge, travel shampoo/conditioner, bar soap were provided. Plenty of bath and hand towels. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked just fine for all of our electronics. Didn't have Wifi interruptions while working on the trip. My original code to the keypad didn't work, but was resolved quickly upon my late arrival. I will definitely put this unit on my first pick on our future return.
