The kitchen items were not clean, and the kitchen was not fully stocked. The upstairs renters were obnoxiously loud late at night and early in the morning. Needs more toilet paper. The beds are hard as bricks, and you can feel the springs. The rooms are hot and not well regulated. Positives: close to the beach, and the pool area was nice, and there were quick responses from the team.

Maggie, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the proximity to the beach and found the pool area nice. We’re also glad our team was quick to respond to your needs. We’re truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the kitchen items and the noise from the upstairs renters. That’s not the experience we want for our guests. We also take your feedback about the beds and temperature regulation seriously, and we’ll be looking into those concerns. Thank you for your insights, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. Your comfort is important to us, and we’re committed to making improvements.

We spent our entire first night on here with a non functioning toilet, notified our host, got nothing done til the next day, don’t expect anything luxurious, fairly clean for oceanfront, other than my family not being able to use the bathroom onsite night 1, pretty solid stay, price for a oceanfront property is great, wouldn’t stay again though!

Thank you, Sammuel, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you found the price for our oceanfront property to be great. However, we’re truly sorry to learn about the inconvenience you faced with the toilet on your first night. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how frustrating it must have been for you and your family. We strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Your comments will help us improve our response times and ensure that our homes are in top shape for future guests. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future, as we’re committed to making every stay a memorable one. Thank you again for your insights.

This condo is advertised for 6 guest. When we arrived at 8pm, I had to go to the store because there was no bedding for the sofa bed (that was counted for 2 people). I called and was told someone should be calling me back. I never got a call back. The next day at 3pm someone brought sheets. The place needs LOTS of work. One of the closet doors is missing. There’s missing paint all over. You can hear the people on top of you and on side of you. The only plus side of this place was the location.
