Beautiful view and whale watching

We had a group of 9 grandparents, siblings, and grandkids who stayed at Villa Fiesta over spring break, and we had a wonderful time! Although we went on a whale watching tour, we thought the whale watching from the porch and the pool was fantastic and just as good or better than the tour. The house with large with all the necessary amenities. It was close enough to the Marina area to enjoy going out there, but it was nice, private, and away from the crowd when you just wanted time with family. I'd highly recommend getting Eat Cabo to come and cook breakfast and dinner for you. The chefs were friendly and made gigantic meals, so we didn't even really need lunch or snacks, and they were better than any meal we had out in Cabo. I'd also highly recommend doing the La Isla private catamaran tour. It is customizable, and they made tons of tasty drinks and tostadas for our group. Overall, we had a relaxing week and enjoyed staying at this beautiful home.

Awesome House with Great Pool and Views

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in October. The house was great for our group, which included 7 adults and two kids. Great living spaces on multiple levels. Pool area with outdoor grill and hot tub with views of the pacific was great. Game room was a big hit as well. One of the rare times I've rented a home where the house was even better than the photos. Would highly recommend.

Villa FIesta Paradise

From the moment you walk in the front door this villa is amazing! We were 4 couples celebrating 2 birthdays and many years of friendship. This was the perfect place! First off the view is amazing. You can hear the waves and the villa is a short walk to the beach. The pool is awesome and where we spent a lot of time. The bedrooms are all very private and everyone had a view. The great room and kitchen are spacious and nicely laid out. We did a lot of cooking in both the indoor and outdoor kitchen. We also had a chef prepare our dinner 2 nights. The property managers parents cooked breakfast for us on our first morning and it was excellent! Hector was our concierge and he was so helpful and friendly. We wanted for nothing. Daniella came in every morning and kept everything spotless for us. Honestly Villa Fiesta is paradise, and we had a wonderful time!

Grandparent Trip

We were a family of eight and stayed at the beautiful relaxed Villa Fiesta in Pedregal. The pool was deep enough and not to big or small Perfect for teenagers. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The view from all the rooms was beautiful and expansive. The rooms were laid out perfectly for our family and each had a private bath. The location was excellent for getting around and very close to town. It's not walkable for the young or older folks. The maid service was excellent and the amenities in the kitchen were good. We ate at home a lot and didn't want for anything. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the folks at Cabo Villas Lola and the Concierge for the property Angel. All of our needs were met beautifully.

Wonderful location and spacious accommodations

We have stayed at Villa Fiesta several times and love the views, location and comfortable layout. Bedrooms nicely spaced by floor allows great privacy and seems like a much larger house. Pool and deck allow wonderful ocean views and whale watching ... private, lovely beach is 10 minute walk. Love this place!

To enjoy breakfast while whale watching, what more could you ask for? Conveniently located in the upscale Pedregal community, Villa Fiesta is centrally located. It’s only minutes to the beach and downtown, earning its reputation as one of our favorite villas, and we’re sure you will love it too.

Relaxing by the ocean....

We do a girl's trip to Cabo and this was our favorite villa to date. The room setup was excellent. The outdoor space was good and there was a nice covered area for those wanting a break from the sun. Villa Fiesta is very close to the ocean, which we all love as it is relaxing to hear the waves. Our maid service was excellent as always, as was the management team that greeted us and made some reservations for us. Nik at ESSV has always been great and this year was no different. The only problem with the villa would be that we had ant problems in the kitchen and a few of the bathrooms. We were given Raid and that would work for a few hours and then they were back. It was not due to the house being dirty. Just nature. We were good with it since we had spray to control them. We actually were interested in booking Villa Fiesta again this year, but it is already booked for the dates that we can travel. I highly recommend this villa. Very clean, great size bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool was great, as was the hot tub. Take your tennis shoes so you can walk the neighborhood for exercise and views!

In regards to the ants, we're glad that they weren't too much to handle, and you are right, sometimes it's just nature. Remember to always keep food closed up tight and in closed drawers/cabinets to help keep outside critters at bay.

Villa Fiesta was amazing

We had gone for a family vacation with our kids and another family. The villa was amazing, clean, and amazing amazing views. The chef we had was amazing also. It was an amazing vacation and would recommend Villa Fiesta to anyone. Cabo Villas (Earth Sea and Sky Vacations) booked property for us and was a great move for us.
