Casa Águila is a brand-new contemporary villa perched high above Playas del Coco, designed to blur the line between indoors and outdoors. Every room faces the view — and the view does not disappoint.

The main level is one expansive great room: a sleek quartz-island kitchen, open dining, and a designer living area with a curved leather sectional and local stone accent wall. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open completely onto the pool terrace, where the outside becomes an extension of your living space. Step out and you`re poolside, with the Pacific and Coco Bay laid out in front of you.

The primary suite sits on the main level with direct terrace and pool access. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bath and open onto an oversized upper balcony — panoramic, unobstructed, and completely private.

The pool runs the full width of the terrace, slate-tiled, with sun loungers on both sides and a shaded lounge area with ceiling fan for the hottest part of the afternoon. It`s the kind of place you won`t want to leave.

• Coco Bay Estates community amenities — pool, gym, tennis, and pickleball courts — are also included with your stay.

We`re available whenever you need us — just not in your space.

· Casa Águila is a newly built home — furnishings and landscaping continue to mature beautifully with each passing month.

· The property sits on a hillside; some areas around the pool perimeter are still being landscaped. The home, terraces, and pool areas are fully finished and guest-ready.

· The access road within Coco Bay Estates is fully paved.

· A rental car is recommended — the area is best explored with your own wheels. Both beaches are 5 minutes away, but restaurants, tours, and day trips are easier with a vehicle.

· This is a tropical environment. Wildlife sightings — iguanas, birds, and the occasional monkey — are part of the experience.

· Pool is for guest use only. Please shower before entering.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If smoking occurs indoors, the security deposit will be forfeited and an additional charge may apply to cover professional odor removal.

To keep the environment peaceful for everyone, parties or events are not permitted.

Kindly rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the condominium or showering inside.

Please dispose of toilet paper in the waste bin provided.

We kindly ask that you set the AC to 23°C or higher and turn the units off whenever you leave the condominium.

There is a $100 electricity allowance, so we appreciate your help in being mindful with AC and lighting. Every little bit helps—thank you for thinking green.

Please make sure to enjoy at least one sunset at the beach. It’s part of the experience.
