The Space:

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests in Costa Brava, a residential condo complex in Ceiba, on Puerto Rico's east coast. The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom offers a queen, and the third a double — a layout that works well for a family or a small group traveling together.



The building's community pool and gym are steps from your door, and the apartment itself is just steps from the beach, with sea views nearby. WiFi and A/C keep things comfortable throughout your stay, and a dedicated parking spot (#201, right in front of the building) is included.



At 1,200 square feet, there's enough room to spread out after a day at the beach, on the water, or hopping the ferry over to Vieques or Culebra.



Please note that this property does not have a private water tank or cistern and relies entirely on the municipal water supply managed by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA).



As with any property connected to the public system, service may occasionally be affected by island-wide infrastructure repairs, maintenance, rationing, or unexpected outages in the area. Because these situations stem from public utility infrastructure and general country-wide conditions, they are entirely outside of our control, and our property cannot be held responsible or liable for any temporary service disruptions.



Hurricane and Storm Policy

We want your stay to be safe, but we cannot control nature.

- Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes.

- Flexibility: In the event of an atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your vacation, subject to our calendar availability.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas, including the community pool and gym. Check-in is self-service via a keypad lock, with your personal code and directions sent ahead of arrival. A dedicated parking spot (#201) is included right in front of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Ceiba sits on Puerto Rico's east coast, best known as the jumping-off point for Vieques and Culebra — the ferry terminal is just minutes away. It's a relaxed, low-key area, less crowded than San Juan, with easy access to beaches, a marina, and boat excursions right nearby.

- Playa Los Machos — a calm, easy-access beach nearby

- East Island Excursions marina area — boat rentals and excursions to Vieques/Culebra, about 5 minutes away

Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 51 minutes away by car — this property works best with a rental car, which also makes it easy to reach the Ceiba ferry terminal (about 12 minutes away) for day trips to Vieques or Culebra. Uber is available in the area but less consistent than in the San Juan metro, so a rental car or arranged transportation is the more reliable choice here. Local taxis can also be arranged on request.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
