Have fun with the whole family in this stylish 3 bedroom home. Enjoy the rooftop deck with amazing ocean views and the new private saltwater pool! The location is a safe and serene neighborhood, just a short walk to Los Machos beach. Explore the local eateries nearby, including those at Marina Del Rey where you can dine on the water. The Culebra and Vieques Ferry is a short drive away as is Villa Marina Yacht Harbor where you can take a catamaran to Icacos Island.
All bedrooms and the living room have Air Conditioning to ensure you remain comfortable. In addition, the home is equipped with solar panels and a battery wall to keep the home powered during any blackouts!
The main entrance of this home is the side door that enters into the kitchen. This updated kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The dining room is located next to the kitchen with a table that seats 8, perfect for enjoying a meal all together. The living room is located through the large archway, proving an large open living space.
Down the hallway, you'll find the full guest bath, linen closet and the first guest bedroom with a queen size bed. The last door on the left will take you into the primary suite with a queen size bed and en-suite full bathroom. The door at the end of the hall features full size bunk beds, a workstation, and direct access to the back patio and pool.
Exiting the back door you are greeted by the beautiful and refreshing new pool, bbq area, and access to the rooftop deck with lounge chairs and an umbrella for shade.

Ceiba is the perfect destination to enjoy a relaxing day cooling off from the tropical heat, either pool side at the house, under the umbrella on the rooftop, or just down the road at Medio Mundo Beach.

Los Machos Beach in the Medio Mundo and Daguao Natural Reserve is an easy-to-reach oasis complete with swaying palm trees, calm ocean waves, and gazebos for picnics and parties. A short walk on a tree-lined path leads to Medio Mundo Beach, a nearly two-mile (three-kilometer) slice of paradise where soft, white sand and turquoise water make this spot equally ideal for snorkeling in the Atlantic Ocean or diving into a great book.

Further inland, Río Fajardo flows down from El Yunque, creating the picturesque pools of Charco Frío. This area offers plenty of shade and a serene atmosphere where you can spend time communing with nature. Families often gather here, as several pools are shallow enough for kids to safely splash around. Nearby at Las Tinajas, flowing waterfalls, natural rock waterslides, and freshwater pools showcase the wondrous beauty of the river. It’s always a treat to marvel at the daring people who somersault off of the high rocks and plummet into the water from the rope swing.
