Cozy queen-sized bed with soft bedding, a large vintage dresser, extra blankets, hangers, baskets, and brand-new room-darkening shades perfect for day sleepers. A new mini-split system provides heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

Bathroom
Clean and stocked with starter toiletries: towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Laundry
In-unit washer and dryer, dedicated just to your space. Starter detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Parking
Ample street parking is always available right out front. Guests consistently find it safe and hassle-free, with well-lit streets and a calm environment.

Check-In
You'll receive a welcome email the morning of your arrival with house details and a keyless entry code. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM with easy self-entry.

Other Things to Note
This unit shares one wall with a 2-bedroom unit next door, but in three years of hosting, we've never had any noise complaints. A gardener services the yard every other Thursday and will briefly access the space through your yard.
