Welcome to Tides 401 at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 4th floor, this bright and comfortable retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

As an end unit, the condo features extra windows and natural light along with a large wraparound balcony where you can take in the coastal views, enjoy your morning coffee, or watch the sun set over the Emerald Coast.

Comfortable Coastal Living

The open living and dining area creates a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. The layout flows easily to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the Gulf breeze and views throughout the condo.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. The guest bedroom includes two double beds and a TV, making it a great setup for kids or additional guests. Two full bathrooms and convenient USB charging ports throughout the condo make your stay easy and comfortable.

A reserved covered parking space near the elevators is also included for added convenience.

When you stay at Tides 401, you’ll have access to the many amenities offered within TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort, one of Miramar Beach’s most popular Gulf-side resorts.

Enjoy a large lagoon-style pool and kiddie pool, along with a variety of activities including pickleball courts, a basketball court, putting green, shuffleboard, and mini golf. The resort also provides direct access to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, just a short walk from the building.

Located next to a protected nature preserve, this area of beach tends to be quieter and less crowded—perfect for peaceful walks, shell hunting, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast.

Pool Access – Relax and cool off at the beautiful Tides community pool.

Beach Essentials – Two lightweight beach chairs and an umbrella are available in the condo for guest use. Full beach chair setups are also available to rent from the resort vendor.

Keyless Check-In – Skip the front desk with convenient door codes sent by text before arrival.

High-Speed Wi-Fi – Complimentary internet throughout the condo.

This condo will no longer have access to the Gulf front pool or the Blue Dunes bar and grill. The HOA does provide air conditioned bathrooms and will have food trucks on site a few days per week.

A starter pack of amenities is provided in each condo: 1 roll of toilet paper and small starter soaps per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, starter set of laundry and dishwasher detergent, and a garbage bag per trash receptacle. For sanitary reasons, in-tub bathmats are not provided.
