The cottage comfortably accommodates families and groups with one king bed, one queen bed, and one full bed. The spacious living area includes two couches and two recliners, giving everyone room to relax after a day at the beach or on the water.
The kitchen and dining area are well suited for gathering, featuring a breakfast bar, a breakfast table, and seating for up to 10 guests. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and include showers. The home also offers central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Step outside onto the large deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply watching the boats pass by. Guests can also enjoy the property’s private sand-and-shell beach area along the waterway, offering a unique place to relax near the water.
Ocean Isle Beach is approximately a 10- to 15-minute drive away, and the locally owned Inlet View Bar & Grill is just a short walk from the cottage for fresh seafood, drinks, and scenic waterfront views.
Boaters will appreciate the convenient location directly along the Intracoastal Waterway. Boat-slip availability may be offered upon request for an additional charge.
