This freshly renovated, fully furnished home base sits in the heart of Sioux Falls’ Augustana area,close to beautiful parks, local coffee spots, and the best of downtown, while still offering a calm, residential vibe that feels like home the moment you walk in. 😊

Nonrefundable Processing Fee: A 3.3% payment processing fee applies to all reservations and will not be refunded, even if the reservation otherwise qualifies for a refund.

This home is single-level once inside, with a warm, lived-in feel and plenty of room to spread out. Expect a comfortable living area for unwinding after a day out, a practical kitchen for simple meals.

There’s also a handy spot for remote work when you need to plug in and focus.

Step outside to enjoy some fresh air, and you’ll also have access to a shared, fenced backyard with patio space,great when you want a little outdoor time. Please note the yard is shared with the nearby unit, so we appreciate guests being respectful of neighbors. 🌿

The bedrooms are set up for real rest, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or for work. You’ll have a comfortable King-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a cozy Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom - clean, inviting, and ready for a great night’s sleep. 💤

You’ll be just a few blocks west of McKennan Park, a Sioux Falls favorite known for its beautiful green space and relaxed, neighborhood feel, perfect for a morning walk or a sunset stroll. You’re also conveniently close to Augustana University, the University of Sioux Falls, and both Sanford USD Medical Center and Avera McKennan, making this a great fit for visiting families, traveling professionals, and longer stays.

Downtown Sioux Falls is an easy ride away, so you can bounce between quiet comfort at home and city energy whenever you want.

Sioux Falls has a lot to offer without needing a packed itinerary. Falls Park is the can’t-miss stop for classic Sioux Falls scenery, waterfalls, walking paths, and great views.

If you’re exploring downtown, SculptureWalk is an easy, fun art stroll (especially before dinner), and the Washington Pavilion is a great pick for performances and exhibits. In warmer months, Levitt at the Falls brings a lively outdoor concert vibe.

If you like being outside, the Sioux Falls Recreation Trail is a great way to walk or bike through scenic stretches of the city. For a family-friendly outing, the Great Plains Zoo is a favorite, and the Butterfly House & Aquarium is a fun indoor adventure. Prefer active travel? The city trail system makes it easy to walk or bike scenic routes. Flying in? Sioux Falls Regional Airport has ground transportation options, including rentals. ✈️


✅ Good to know before you arrive

Stairs are required to enter the home. The backyard is shared, and there is another unit nearby, thank you for being mindful and respectful of neighbors. An exterior security camera is located at the entrance for property safety. Pets are welcome with a fee and must follow house rules. This is a non-smoking home.


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.


Rent includes all utilities plus trash/recycling, lawn care, and snow removal. Groceries are easy too with Hy-Vee on S Minnesota just blocks away. $500 security deposit + first month`s rent required up-front. Reach out to schedule a showing or if you have any questions!
- No parties or large gatherings.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
- A maximum of the number of persons listed on your, regardless of age, may occupy the property, or be on the premises, at any one time.
- No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
- Pets are allowed only with prior host approval. A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted per reservation. Bringing unauthorized pets or pets without prior approval may result in additional fees or cancellation of your reservation.
- All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
