- Beachside II dedicated beach area, Memorial Day - Labor Day, is at the open area by the lifeguard stand, towards Beachside I.
- Beach chair and umbrella rental available. Check with the company located on the beach in front of the complex. Approximately $100 per day **prices subject to change**
- You'll enjoy resort access to the pool, hot tub, gym and other resort activities at Baytown on Bay side of the resort with restaurants and other fun activities!
- Please wear the provided wristbands at all times in the resort. $100 replacement fee if a wristband is lost.
- To gain access to the resort golf course, tennis, and pickleball area; you'll need to pay extra.
- Take advantage of the Bayside resort amenities, including the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center pool and Linkside pool (Bayside of the resort) all heated for year-round enjoyment.
