The Space:
This spacious lake home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests (maximum of 10 adults) with bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms across multiple levels. The home is designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind.

Guests have access to the entire home, dock, and outdoor spaces during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Ataraxia Cove is located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood on beautiful Lake Anna, offering a peaceful setting perfect for relaxing getaways. The calm waters of the cove are ideal for kayaking, swimming, and paddle sports, while the main lake is just minutes away for boating and water activities.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended to explore the Lake Anna area, including nearby marinas, restaurants, breweries, and local shops. The nearby community boat launch provides convenient lake access for guests bringing their own boat.

If there’s something you need and it’s not listed, please ask! Our home is thoughtfully stocked for families and groups, with plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment options.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, serving pieces, and appliances to make preparing meals for your group simple and enjoyable.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Maximum Adult Occupancy: 10
- Free Parking for 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking
- Up to 2 dogs allowed; $100 per pet
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
Interaction with Guests:
We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
