The Space:

Brynmarie is a beautiful home adorned with wood wall and floors throughout that gives this home its cabin feel and coziness. Lots of windows and the location bring the feel of being at the beach to you. There is a gas insert fireplace and a wonderful deck with a great view of the ocean and Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain, you'll never want to leave again.



The kitchen and dining area are beautiful and fully equipped for all your need and want. The bedrooms are spacious and lovingly decorated just for you. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two beds. Enjoy the covered deck area that will help you to be able to barbeque all year round.



The natural beauty of this home shines through and you'll want to visit many times, year after year. It's just waiting to host your family and friends for fun and frolic - have your celebration here, come in, sit down, relax, we'll be glad to see you and glad you came - and so will you!

The location is absolute perfection. Literally steps to the beach and a couple blocks to town. There’s a view of the pacific from the deck and the kitchen.Perfect size for our family of 5 and loved that we could bring our dog. Would also be great for two couples. The house itself was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy. We had two minor issues - the washer was quite moldy and kitchen was stocked with haphazard supplies for cooking. We have young kids and I rent homes knowing I’ll be cooking and doing laundry. So, we couldn’t use laundry, and made do with the cooking supplies that were there. (For example, no oven mitts, pots with unmatched tops). To the credit of the property manager, they were very responsive about the washer and did refund us some money for the inconvenience. Hopefully that’s resolved for the next renter.All in all, a wonderful stay and we would return. Thank you!

We loved the location and layout of this beach house, which felt light filled, open and roomy. The walk to coffee, restaurants and shopping is short and enjoyable. With an ideal living room layout and open kitchen, it’s a very comfortable stay for 2 couples. We didn’t love the 10 am checkout, which made the morning seem rushed. Pots and pans had food residue stuck to the bottoms and required cleaning before use, and the lack of pot holders and any measuring cups, which are kitchen basics, was surprising. The partial glass wall in the en-suite bathroom shower wasn't entirely effective and that was annoying. None of these prevented us from having a wonderful weekend, however, and we were very appreciative of how dog friendly it was, with the basket of very useful items at the front door.

The en-suite toilet was dirty, with visible feces stuck to the inside of the bowl. This left us questioning whether the other touch surfaces, shower and tub floor, faucets, and other areas had been properly sanitized. We found cleaning supplies and ultimately cleaned those areas ourselves.Otherwise, the floors and kitchen appeared clean. There were, however, abundant cobwebs around the vaulted ceiling areas, and one of the picture windows had noticeable handprints all over it. The large “Lord’s Prayer” displayed in the dining area was also not to our taste.That said, we came primarily for the beach, and the location did not disappoint. Direct beach access is right across the street, with a beautiful sandy beach just a short walk away. We enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the deck lounge chairs while having morning coffee and tea, and ended the day with an evening cocktail while watching the sunset.Overall, despite the housekeeping issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location. Would I stay here again? Most definitely.

Access to house is only from the street level up 20 uneven stairs. Everything needs to be hauled up those stairs. During the winter, when we were there, the stairs were wet and slippery. It does have a very nice view of the ocean and easy access to it.

Great location and access to the beach!

We loved our stay here. Very convenient flat walk out to the beach and 1/2 mile walk to town/restaurants. Beds very comfortable. Wireless internet/TV situation needs an upgrade.

Amazing view and beach access!

This is a cute house that is well decorated with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The star of the show, however, is the deck with the amazing view of the ocean. The house is directly across the street from a beach access which make it easy to enjoy the beach.
