The Space:

Brynmarie is a beautiful home adorned with wood wall and floors throughout that gives this home its cabin feel and coziness. Lots of windows and the location bring the feel of being at the beach to you. There is a gas insert fireplace and a wonderful deck with a great view of the ocean and Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain, you'll never want to leave again.



The kitchen and dining area are beautiful and fully equipped for all your need and want. The bedrooms are spacious and lovingly decorated just for you. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two beds. Enjoy the covered deck area that will help you to be able to barbeque all year round.



The natural beauty of this home shines through and you'll want to visit many times, year after year. It's just waiting to host your family and friends for fun and frolic - have your celebration here, come in, sit down, relax, we'll be glad to see you and glad you came - and so will you!

Access to house is only from the street level up 20 uneven stairs. Everything needs to be hauled up those stairs. During the winter, when we were there, the stairs were wet and slippery. It does have a very nice view of the ocean and easy access to it.

We stayed for 5 days, the home has a view of the ocean and a beautiful deck. Our kids could walk across the street to access the beach and very pet friendly. Would 100% stay again!

Great location and access to the beach!

We loved our stay here. Very convenient flat walk out to the beach and 1/2 mile walk to town/restaurants. Beds very comfortable. Wireless internet/TV situation needs an upgrade.

Amazing view and beach access!

This is a cute house that is well decorated with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The star of the show, however, is the deck with the amazing view of the ocean. The house is directly across the street from a beach access which make it easy to enjoy the beach.

Cute Manzanita House

Beach access was right across the street and even with the windows closed we could hear the crashing waves at night. In addition to the beach, the playground was walking distance for kids. Kitchen was well stocked for a rental.

We arrived and the property was not cleaned. After over 2 hours, they told us that the housekeeper had walked off the job and they were not able to get the property cleaned. Eventually VACASA located a substitute property which was adequate but not the caliber of the property we reserved. VERY DISAPPOINTED - the property seems like it would have been very nice and convenient.

Great location / Great House

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the location and the house is a great fit for our family of four. The layout is perfect for spending time together, cooking, eating, and being able to see the beautiful view the whole time. Easy walk across the street to the beach, quick walk or bike ride to groceries/shops/coffee/pizza. This house allows us to enjoy all of the things we love about Manzanita!

Excellent home on the coast

We thoroughly enjoyed this cottage on the coast. It had everything my kids (two teens) and I needed to enjoy a relaxing spring break together. The house was perfectly clean and everything in it was nice -- including the games and cards that were there for our enjoyment. It's right across the road from public beach access, and a very short walk to town. Hope to come again soon!

Amazing views from the front deck of the ocean. Easy access to clean beach. 10-15 minute leisurely walk to downtow. I would reccomend the Manziata Winery for people watching. Quiet. Beds were comforatabe and had a number of linens. Dog-friendly house with stairs that weren't too terrible. Will come back

We've stayed in Brynmarie several times. We know the upsides and the downsides.The view and deck are amazing. Nice furniture but could use a dining table on the deck. New gas grill was great. Right across the street from the beach. It's dog friendly.

Completely perfect for us!

A dear friend and I spent an October weekend here and it was just lovely. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We loved the fireplace. And in late fall, the rain came and went … so it was really nice to be right across the road from the beach. We could watch the weather, head to the beach when it was clear, and then quickly come home to the fire. Thank you so much!

Lovely spot!

Lovely house in a great location. Loved the deck and its beach and ocean view. Modern appliances and well decorated. Very walkable to the strip in Manzanita. Clear instructions provided with the reservation, which you don't always get!Two minor nits: First, the kitchen was missing some basics, so cooking was a bit tricky - probably typical for a rental, but still an inconvenience. Second, responses were a little unhelpful and borderline rude to a minor question I asked about the house (and ultimately answered myself).
