We have already booked our 2026 beach week at Bocation Time. The bedrooms and many beds work well for our family. The closeness to the beach is another plus. The house has everything we need.

Wonderful place

Everyone enjoyed our stay very much. The very short walk to the beach was all sand which was nice for going barefoot with no worries about hot pavement. The two outdoor showers were perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. E love the large screened in porch and adjoining large deck. Having three king sized beds and one queen was a plus! We would stay there again.

Perfect spot

This spacious house provided 4 couples, three kids and a grandma plenty of room to gather for Thanksgiving. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook a big feast.

Perfect for our family of 12!

The location is perfect. You never hear road traffic and can hear the ocean waves from the back porch, which is shaded after 6:00 pm:) Loved having 2 refrigerators and a small bar area. This was a very comfortable rental for the 12 of us of all ages! Thank you for a beautiful family vacation!
