Room was smaller than I thought and had a lot of moisture. The bathroom is not well ventilated and seemed to stay moist.

Wonderful space and location for my family of 4! Plenty to do on the grounds like ping pong, corn hole, and your choice pools which were very well kept. Many places to relax on the grounds including a pavilion where we enjoyed dinner while it rained one evening. Short, accessible walk to the beach. Walking distance to parks. Bar/grill on site. The unit itself was clean and nicely updated with comfy beds. Ocean view off the balcony. Mary was super kind and responsive. The trip was all we could ask for! Would 100% book again. Bring your red light flashlight for nighttime beach walks!

Cute little condo! It was very clean when we arrived. It has a beautiful side view of the ocean. The complex pool/hot tub are very nice. The pool is heated...I don't know their schedule for heating but I was there March 7-12, 2026. My only issue is that when I picked up the welcome packet at the Vacasa office, I didn't receive the key card and wristband for the pool/hot tub/gym. I called the next morning and someone from the Vacasa office delivered them. Very enjoyable stay!

Had a wonderful stay for our first time in Hilton Head! We stayed here with our 3 kids, so it was a little tight, but it still had everything we needed. Our two boys (4 and 5) stayed in the bunk beds and we were able to move things around a bit in the bedroom so we could squeeze in a pack ‘n play for our daughter (11mo) to sleep in. So I’d say it works for a family with small children, but is probably best suited for a couple. The kitchen has most everything you need in terms of dinnerware and cookware. There’s a small dishwasher and there was a welcome box with one dishwashing powder package and one laundry powder package (a laundry room is located on the 1st floor and has 3 washers and dryers; 1 cost in quarters only; no change machine). There were I think 10 full sized towels provided and extra pillows and bedsheets in the closet. Bathroom had soap and shampoo, but no drain plug so showers only. There was also a couch that pulled out into a bed and a chest with various games and whatnot inside. Yeah, so overall it has basically everything you need - just pack your clothes and toothbrush (lolz Dad thinking). And the walk to the beach is fantastic!!! Less than 5 minutes - longest part is waiting for the elevator. The pool is on the way to the beach and is great (and they have a community toy chest, which the kids loved). My only criticism is the floors were not very clean, which I get b/c it’s the beach, but there was no vaccuum or anything provided to DIY clean

Great get away

Everything was as expected and clean. Check in was easy and couldn't have asked for a better location on Hilton Head. Resort this property is on is beautiful and well taken care of.

Great location

Truly a great location only a short walk from Coligny Plaza, beach was very private and far away from public beaches. Only issue is with everywhere on Hilton Head, parking is a premium and difficult to find after 9 PM when people begin coming home from dinner or entertainment. Would definitely book again!

Hilton Head Getaway

Cozy, quiet well decorated condo for my wife and I to stay while in Hilton Head. The location was ideal for a walk and bike ride on the beach or a quiet dinner at one of the nearby local restaurants. It was also a central location from which to tour the entire island. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach trip

We loved the area and how close it is to shops, restaurants, the beach, and pool. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I would not have wanted to sleep on the fold out couch if we had more people as it was not comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Perfect spot

The pink pineapple is a great condo! We really enjoyed staying there the amenities and view were great. It’s a great location for everything restaurants, beach, pool, and activities. We will be back again.

Well worth it!

This space is SO cute and really made our trip feel like a vacation! It is very small, but had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The amenities and the location alone made this worth booking but the overall vibe of the condo ensured we'll be looking to rebook for future trips!

Beautiful Condo

This is a beautifully decorated condo with great ocean views. It comes with access to Hilton Ocean Oak Amenities, which is a huge bonus, without the Hilton cost... beautiful pool and boardwalk to the ocean. Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Pink Pineapple!
