This bright, spacious unit is filled with natural light and has been thoughtfully designed for comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, including a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and all necessary cookware and serving items.



All towels and linens are provided, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Some work activity and noise may still be heard during weekdays.



Balcony remains temporarily closed per condominium regulations until all balconies in this line are finished and re-inspected.



The pool is open and functional, though occasional restricted hours or noise may occur as part of the building’s ongoing improvements.
