With 4 bikes, beach toys, 4 big screens, and a chef's kitchen, this is your group's perfect Gulf Coast home base.

Enjoy a fully stocked chef's kitchen, multiple living spaces with games and books, high-speed WiFi, and 4 big-screen Smart TVs throughout.
Step outside into your private fenced backyard oasis, a pergola-covered patio with a full outdoor wet bar, Blackstone propane griddle, fire pit, swing set, and well-appointed furnished seating for the whole crew. Rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading in for the night.

Guests also have exclusive use of a 6-person electric golf cart and 4 bicycles, your personal fleet for exploring the Windmark Beach Community. With kids' beach toys stocked and ready, all you have to bring is your people!

Outfitted with a Ninja blender, Ninja ice cream & slushy maker, SodaStream, hand mixer, 18-knife block, full bakeware set, and every pot, pan, and serving piece for a crowd.

Gather at the dining table with seating for 6, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen island, ideal for meals, game nights, and morning coffee. Coffee, creamer, and sugar are stocked and ready for your first morning.

📝 Golf cart liability waiver must be signed prior to use. Unsigned use may result in a $500 fee and reservation cancellation.

* Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
* Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.
* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
* Please do not send or mail any packages or items to the home.
* Please do not dye, bleach, tint, or color hair anywhere inside the property. Hair dye products can permanently stain bathtubs, sinks, countertops, towels, linens, and other surfaces, resulting in costly repairs and replacements. Any stains or damage caused by hair coloring products will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges being assessed to the responsible guest.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet / animal.
