The Space:

This is a perfect house, located in the center of La Fortuna just a couple of minutes walk from the central park, the neighborhood is very safe and noise-free so it is perfect for your vacation. The property has a large parking space with an electric gate. All this beautiful second floor will be totally private for you, the terrace and the jacuzzi are excellent to share and enjoy the beautiful sunset overlooking the Arenal Volcano.



Guest Access:

As the villa is located in a walking distance, you will have quick and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and bars, souvenir, drugstores whatever you might need (there is a super market 100mts away of the villa).

Tourist attraction are also close from this location: hot springs, horseback riding, visits to waterfalls, Hanging bridges, Arenal Volcano National Park, etc. (most of the attractions are not in a walking distance but tour operators include transportation).

The apartment is completely private, non area will be shared and it's on second floor.
