Villa Arthur La Fortuna

Great property just 5 minutes drive from downtown La Fortuna and excellent location to visit all main attractions 5 to 20 minutes drive from the house. Modern house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), private pool, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi (100 megabytes), living room with smart TV and parking on site.

Air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), you will be able to relax and cool off after your daily adventures or keep it cool if you want to hang out in the house.

Bedroom distribution:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed, A/C unit and private bathroom with hot water.
Bedroom 2. Queen bed and A/C unit - Access to full bathroom.
Bedroom 3. Queen bed and A/C unit - Access to full bathroom.

The kitchen is ready to be use and prepare delicious meals during your stay, in case you want we can get you a private chef during your stay (It has an extra cost); living room has a smart TV of 42 inches and an excellent WiFi service (100 megabytes).

There are surveillance cameras around the house, the one by the pool is not connected.

House is open style, you can close all areas only the pool and dinning areas are outside the house, is the rain forest so bugs will be around but not an issue.

Families will little kids always must be aware of them, the pool is open and the areas around the house are good to walk but with adult supervision.

We have an office in downtown La Fortuna, you can look us as The House of Tours where our guests for can come and we will provide a quick welcome information about the area, also we have excellent rates for all the tours in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we are open everyday from 8 AM to 7 PM.

The office is located by the central park, central location and good parking area. We will be please to meet you :)

Once you book our property we will send you a detailed information with everything you need to enjoy your vacations in La Fortuna: tours, rental car options, transportation and much more.

We will be available every day 8 AM to 6 PM for our guests in our office and we have a cellphone number that works 24/7 in case of any issues or any information you need.

Property was nice. Not private enough as there is a new building under construction next door and someone was there every day watching us come and go. The host was friendly, helpful, and on time. The view of the volcano was beautiful. The grounds were beautiful as well. Location is close to everything - breakfast, coffee, dinner, groceries - even tours along the same road.

Fabulous location with the volcano in the back yard. Something to note bedrooms are separated from the main area. Not an issue for us but could be if you have young children.

Perfect location! We loved staying at Villa Arthur. The house is very close to town, which makes it very convenient when going out to dinner. It is very close to many of the activities in La Fortuna. The house is only six minutes from the waterfall and short drive to other attractions. We were mostly on the go and not at the house very long, but did enjoy the outdoor area. Our last night we ordered takeout pizza so we could enjoy the outdoor area by the pool. There is a wonderful table for dining and gathering. We appreciated all the recommendations by the concierge service. The house was clean and had all that we needed.

Spotless accommodations terrific location!

Stellar Location, seriously amazing to wake up to the sound of monkeys and literally at the base of the beautiful volcano Arenal!! I have a mold allergy and I was very pleased that this place was very clean and with lots of fresh air available. Highly recommend.

Great location in La Fortuna

We had a lovely stay at the property. The check in was wonderful with the host property manager giving us a number of options for activities in the area. The house was lovely.

Fabulous stay super fun

Awesome Views and Peaceful La Fortuna

It was a great property with a nice pool and amazing views. The location was very peaceful and easy to get to everything in La Fortuna quickly. The road up to the house (about 300m) is pretty rough.

Pura vida in Villa Arthur

Absolutely Amazing!The house was perfect for our family with teens having beauty and privacy.Spectacular view to Arenal volcano. Close to great activities and restaurants.We loved the pool and enjoy a lot the open feeling of the house and being so secluded with wild life!The managing team was amazing they helped us with recommendations and to schedule tours before landing.The kitchen was amazing with everything you need and we enjoy having a washer and dryer since we went in raining season and we could dry all our gear for the next day!We will be back so amazing!

Unique home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Arthur. The view of the volcano and the garden was fabulous. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor table.it was great having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Only reason for 4 vs 5 star is the pool was super cold. Nice on a hot day but would have been nicer if it was heated just a little more.

We loved it!!

The keys for each door were a little cumbersome. But we figured it out and loved the property! It was safe and easy to find. It was perfect for our group of four! Location was ideal for being downtown and doing all the activities! Would absolutely recommend and stay there again!

Exceptional views , cleanest place wonderful adventure

This place has one of the clearest views of volcano mountain. This place is very clean and contemporary with Indoor outdoor living ! We enjoyed our stay here ,and Eder is very helpful . Thanks for such an amazing and cleanest place.

Family Visit

We enjoyed staying at this property in La Fortuna and using the company to set up tours. Suggest bringing cash as all the tours are more expensive using a credit card.

Family Vacation

The view of the volcano from the property is stunning as is watching the horses graze at the property behind us. Property is very quiet and feel remote but only a quick 2 minute car ride into Fortuna they had plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The communication from those host/property was fantastic and very helpful

Wonderful spot

Very cool locations with a lot of wildlife and very private. The views were great, unfortunately it was cloudy most the time and we couldn’t see the volcano. But when they cleared you could see the summit.

Great House

We liked the layout and the rooms had everything you needed (except there was no oven - but we didn't need that). Kitchen was fully stocked. Back yard was beautiful. Location was good but down a dirt road - close enough to town but not to really walk it. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for others.

On 2018 we create The House of Tours to provide our guests the best experiences during their stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we have the best tours and transportation services/rates in the area. We manage/own about 40 properties in La Fortuna, we have a wide variety of options: private bedrooms, apartments, cabins, homes and villas up to 16 people some of them with private pool, hot tubs, nice opens areas, creeks nearby and more facilities. Adding The House of Tours we hire Alonso Esquivel which is an expert tour guide and he works with us in the office so we can offer anything you need in La Fortuna, we have an office in downtown La Fortuna where we meet our guest so you don’t have to go around looking your property just get to our office and we will guide you to your place. Once you book with us you will have access to our Drive Carpet with Check In information, general information about La Fortuna, restaurants recommendations, amazing discounts in all activities, special packages, rent a car with Adobe (The best one in Costa Rica), shuttles services from anyplace in Costa Rica and more detailed information to make things easier for you; if you have questions of anything you need just send us a message a we will get back to you very soon.
