Step onto the expansive scenic deck and you’ll find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, gas grill, mini fridge, and sink, alongside a spacious outdoor dining area and comfortable lounge seating. It’s the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and some of the most breathtaking marsh views on Wilmington Island — sunsets you won’t soon forget.

Inside, the home blends clean lines with eclectic bohemian touches and carefully curated local artwork throughout. The open living room features vaulted ceilings, heart pine floors, abundant natural light, and a cozy double-sided wood-burning fireplace shared with the kitchen. Shelves are stocked with books, games, and toys for guests of all ages.

The oversized chef-inspired kitchen features granite countertops and everything needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal while still enjoying sweeping marsh views through the large glass doors and windows. Coffee lovers will appreciate the many options available including Keurig K-cups, drip coffee, French press, espresso, cappuccino maker, and electric tea kettle. Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, stove, toaster, bread maker, blender, dishwasher, and more.

All four bedrooms were thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind and include premium hybrid mattresses, luxurious Egyptian and Pima cotton sheets, extra blankets, and plush pillows. The home offers 4 king beds and 3 sleeper sofas, making it ideal for large families and groups.

The primary bedroom features peaceful garden views and a private ensuite bathroom with steam spa shower, soaking tub, and double vanities. The upstairs bathroom shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3 includes a rain shower, double vanities, and private toilet area. A convenient half bath is located off the living room. All bathrooms are stocked with luxe Egyptian cotton towels and premium essentials.

Bedroom 4 is a private studio apartment featuring a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, ensuite bathroom, and full kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave convection oven, hot plate, sink, dishwasher, and both drip and K-cup coffee makers — perfect for guests wanting additional privacy.
