Lovely property, can walk to small beach on bay, very close to downtown hyannis less than 10 min House sleeps more people than advertised, large room with two twin over full bunk beds, TV's in each room plus a nice sunroom to watch TV, do puzzles. It also has a fridge in the garage, beach chairs, ping pong. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! AC broke while we were there and the property manager was very receptive to fixing it. Fixed right away.

Great house for vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed. It was very clean. There was ample common space and bedrooms/bathroom. It is also a beautiful neighborhood that is convenient to the downtown Hyannis shops and restaurants.

We loved the location of the house, at the end of a court and private. The whole area felt safe, very quiet, with the harbor just down the street and downtown Hyannis a 30 minute walk or a very short drive away. The kids loved walking to the beach in the morning. We used this house as a base to explore the rest of cape cod as well. The house is spacious with open areas, lots of sofas and TVs to enjoy and relax on. There were also outdoor porch and backyard chairs to use and enjoy a moment of solitude. The garage had a ping pong table and some other stuff that kept the kids busy with play. They also liked being together in a room with bunk beds- lots of bonding went on in there. Also lots of lawn chairs available to use at the beach. A couple single kayaks on the side of the house, I wish we had more time to use them. Kitchen with the basics to help make a few meals was nice. Cooked a few lobsters and other seafood from a local shop. A couple items needed repairs but the property manager was attentive, easy to communicate via text and they promptly sent over someone to fix them. Overall, I’m very pleased with this wonderful, convenient and comfortable house and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

We love that the private spot at the end of the court made such a safe, quiet base for the family, with morning walks to the beach and Hyannis close by for exploring the rest of the Cape. The bunk room bonding, the ping pong in the garage, and a few home-cooked lobsters sound like exactly the kind of stay we hope for, and we're glad our team could sort out those small repairs quickly for you.
