Designed for groups and families, this beautiful home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, bright open living areas, and updated coastal interiors throughout. Guests can enjoy water views, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, outdoor seating & hot tub, beach essentials, and plenty of room to relax after a day exploring the coast. The home combines modern comfort with classic Maine beach-house charm.

Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, deck spaces, hot tub, and on-site parking. Self check-in instructions and access details will be provided prior to arrival for an easy and seamless check-in experience.

Located in the heart of Wells, this home offers the perfect balance of quiet coastal living and easy access to Southern Maine’s best beach towns. Enjoy nearby Wells Beach, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport, along with local seafood spots, coffee shops, boutiques, and scenic coastal walks. The neighborhood is peaceful, classic Maine, and ideal for relaxing beach days and evening sunsets.

Despite a quick walk to the beach, we recommend a vehicle. The Apex is conveniently located near Wells Beach, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, but Southern Maine is best explored by car. On-site parking is included for guests.

Dog friendly for approved pets. Beach gear is available for guest use. Please treat the home and provided amenities with care so future guests can enjoy them as well. This property is located in a residential area, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.
No smoking anywhere within the home or outside of the property. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am to comply with the city`s noise ordinance. Pets are allowed on the property.

Moody Beach is one of Maine`s most beautiful stretches of sand, and also one of its most residential — the year-round neighbors take pride in it staying that way. Two things that make all the difference:

Set up your chairs and umbrellas on the wet sand (below the high-tide / seaweed line), not on the dry sand in front of the homes. The dry sand is technically private property in this part of Maine.
Use the public path at the end of S Tibbets Ave to get to the beach — please don`t cut through neighbors` yards or stairs.
