Welcome to Kenyon Escape - a bright, comfortable home in Blaine, Minnesota where families and groups can truly settle in. Spread out across three cozy levels, cook together in a fully equipped kitchen, and end the night with games in the lower-level entertainment room. Outside, gather around the firepit or dine on the patio. When the day winds down, sink into fresh linens and brand-new mattresses for a sleep that'll have everyone ready for whatever comes next.

Entire house except garage. There is plenty of parking on the driveway.

House Rules:
- Check in: 4pm. Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
- This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on the porch, on decks or within 50 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: parties, birthday parties, weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, reunions, etc.
- No pets allowed. This is a pet free property.
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
- Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
- Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
- Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, and other amenities that may be located on the premises. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
- All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties will be passed on to the guest.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies.
- Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee.
- The host is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of property's control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
- Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
- Video doorbell is located outside the main entrance.
