The 2nd bathroom is located upstairs with a stand alone shower right outside both bedrooms for your convince.

The interior is modern, bright, and air-conditioned for your comfort during your stay. Enjoy a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, with both a breakfast bar and a dining room table. The living room has a smart TV to stream your favorite TV show or curl up in front of the fireplace to play boardgames with the family. Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve is a gated community offering resort amenities in a peaceful location. While in the community, enjoy access to 2 outdoor heated pools, a clubhouse with a gym, and game room equipped with a foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard and a poker room. There's also firepits and a 68 acre nature preserve with beautiful trails that are accessible at the back of the complex.

While out exploring, visit the well known Dock square in Kennebunk for shopping and dinning. The local beaches are only 15 minutes away, Kennebunk only four miles away, Old Orchard Beach ( 30 mins), Nubble Light House (21 miles), Portland (25 miles), and North Conway one hour.
There is even mini golf and ice cream right outside of the complex.
Arundel is a great location to do day trips in Maine.
