The new hot tub was so nice after a day on the hill. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, the bed was very comfortable, and I really liked not driving at all taking the shuttle to the lifts.

Great condo for skiing

This is a cute condo for 2-3 people (1-bedroom). It has all the basic amenities, is clean and renovated. It is located in a cute complex next to the shuttle stop and short drive to amenities. We had a good stay.

the condo was nice and comfortable. easy to get to the Mill (main ski lodge) and the Eagle was very close. Will try to book this same condo again!

Cozy

My wife and I have stayed in this unit multiple times and have always found it to be a cozy very comfortable place to stay. All of our stays have been in the early summer and the complex has been very quiet and pleasant. We'll be booking it again.

Storm of the month stay

This property was the perfect location for our family of 3. Close to Vons and lots of great restaurants, and a short drive to the mountain. The property was easy to access (excellent directions), very clean upon entry, and easy to navigate directions on how to use the amenities. The complex constantly plowed the walkways, which was wonderful since it snowed 5 feet during our stay! We would definitely come back here again.

Summer stay

We stayed here for a week. Good location close to the grocery store and coffeeshops. Clean and adequate for a week. Some of the windows didn’t open and the ones that did had screens that weren’t properly aligned, so bugs were able to sneak in. Kitchen was fine and bathroom looked newly remodeled.

Very Clean

We went up for a quick Mammoth fishing trip and needed a small place just to sleep. This condo was perfect. the bed in the room was large and comfortable and the pull-out couch was as well. They had a nice large TV (but not many channels but I set up my Firestick and things were great). Most rentals have a small showerhead in the shower but this one was nice and large, great for a nice hot shower.

A very nice and roomy condo

This is a very nicely decorated condo with space to Have a vacation especially during the ski season. The only thing that could be improved is having storage for your clothes. There is 2 small bedside tables with small drawers to put your clothes in and the closet is okay but has stuff in it. We made it work though. The condo itself is really nice. We loved it 👍👍

Delightful property

Both my wife and I enjoyed this property very much! The bed is very comfortable. Even though this is a one-bedroom one-bath, it feels very spacious. The living area was well-equipped with a very comfortable couch and loveseat. The kitchen had a Keurig (a must-have for us!). Close to town, so we could walk or drive to our favorite restaurants (The Stove, Mammoth Tavern, The Warming Hut). The property is just yards away from the town loop trail, so you can take a walk or jog easily. Very quiet as well.

Beautiful unit with a couple hiccups!

Upon arrival after our 8 hour drive, we discovered there were no ice trays for beverages and no wine or cocktail glasses. To use the fireplace, the handout guide contained instructions belonging to another brand for the pellet heating stove. Very frustrating! So no ambiance for a cool Fall night in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. We reached out Vacasa the following day, but after a day of hiking, we missed a 7 pm cutoff for a local person to assist. The local Vacasa help was nice enough to bring us ice trays and wine glasses on day 2. The pellet stove issue was also resolved by the local representative.

Holiday Noise From Upstairs Unit

The unit was clean for the most part except for the sugar/flour/spice jars in the cabinets and some light switches. Had enough towels, extra linens, blankets, essential dishes, cleaning supplies. Appliances were newer. Parking car was easy and no problems with using code to get in and out. No problems with TV or wifi. Good for two adults. The bathroom was tight. BIGGEST PROBLEM-NOISE FROM UPSTAIRS unit. There were 6 snowboarders (they left their boards on the balcony so we could see them) while we were there during Christmas holidays. You could hear the mens' voices and make out conversations in particular and sing along with their music 7am until they left in the mornings and then picked up again around 6pm until midnight, could hear them walk up and down stairs or anything dragging or moving across the hard floor, flushing and shower use. Owner/Property mgmt should not charge high rates because of this possibility.

Disappointed, Wanted to love this place, Misrepresented in Description

This condo had such potential for our family of 3. It was clean and a good size. It could use some updating like removing Xmas decor, popcorn ceilings, and overall kitchen. We were able to cook without missing too many tools. The BIGGEST disappointment was having no Internet/TV Cable connection for our 4 night stay. I am a consultant and lost income while waiting for "someone" to address the issue. Prop manager onsite said he couldn't come in because it was managed by Turnkey. After Turnkey said they would have someone call next morning (no call), then I called again, and again, my third time I finally reached a local Turnkey rep. He wasn't helpful, said I could go to library or coffee shop, said there are intermittent Internet issues in Mammoth. NOTE: We stay about 10-12 days each year for the last 5 years and never had any Internet COnnection issue in any other condo. My main beef was that the the condo description on VRBO should clearly state YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WATCH LIVING ROOM TV OR CONNECT YOUR COMPUTER/PHONE TO WIFI. The check-in paperwork mentioned intermittent issues, but by that time we renters are locked in to rent. Anyway it wsan't intermittent, it flatly did not work! Turnkey rep said owner would credit $80 but no more...well I lost hundreds $ by not being able to work that day while waiting for resolution. I have not received the credit, radio silence when I said please confirm I will receive the $80 credit. I will update this review should I receive the owner credit. I asked for 20% back since it's misleading and key to relaxing in a condo with TV and Internet.

We really liked the location of this unit. It is very close to everything but we also liked that it was more on the outskirts of town. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfectly good, the place is well supplied with bedding and kitchen stuff -- just one thing needs to be improved is changing somewhat dirty and pretty worn out rugs in bathroom and kitchen

Cozy and Convenient

Loved the spacious living room, and it still felt warm. The pellet stove made it cozy and the flatscreen tv was a nice touch. Everything was conveniently located. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Well-Kept

My family found this property to be clean and well-maintained. The digital lock on the door made check-in very simple. The condo is just as nice as the photos look online. Before check-in, I received a text with a number to call for help, but we never needed to use it. Great jumping off spot for visiting Yosemite in the summer. Restaurants were a short drive away, and some were even walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, confusing location

Very nice property. Good location. Furnishings like new. Only negative is finding the unit. There are two entrances with two sets of units with the same numbers. We went to the first entrance and waited over an hour for the mangager to open the unit only to fine he was waiting at the other unit 8 found at the second entrance. You should make this know to new tenants so they will not have the same issue.
