Enjoy the sweet simplicity of this Wells condo, where you'll have a shared outdoor pool and nearby access to the beloved shores of Ogunquit Beach. When you're not watching the lobster boats come and go out of Wells Harbor, flip pancakes in the full, well-equipped kitchen, grab a bathing suit from your private washer/dryer, and lay by the shared pool with a novel or a few magazines. You'll also have access to a kayak launch to get out on the water. Hop in the car for a scenic afternoon drive along Route 1, making sure to peruse Wells' famous antique stores on the way home. And complimentary internet access makes it easy to plan out your adventures. The gorgeous beaches of Southern Maine await - book today!

This condo sits roughly equidistant from downtown Wells, three miles north, and Ogunquit, two miles south, creating an ideal escape for beach-goers, small families, and antique enthusiasts. Pass the summer on the golden shores of Ogunquit Beach one mile south, and take tranquil nature walks through the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge six miles north.

THINGS TO KNOW
An additional $75 resort fee applies.
The condo is heated by an electric baseboard with thermostats and the living room by an electric space heater.
Take advantage of the shared amenities which include an outdoor pool, Ping-Pong, and a fitness center.
The pool will be open from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting.
If you plan on using the new HOA kayak launch and dock structure, you will need to sign a waiver and supply your own kayaks, life jackets, and other equipment.

Great value for the money

Lovely place, just needed a better clean and more insulation between condos. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay in a great location.

Wells Maine 1/2 Marathon weekend

Residence was cute and spacious, but more suited for a couple and 2 children than 3 - 4 adults. Appreciate the value and reasonable cost, but wish the twin beds in the 2nd room were more comfortable. Some simple extras, such as welcome water bottles and a few more towels would have been appreciated, but overall, propertu was as advertised.

Bright, cute, comfy condo.

Loved the beachy decor - very bright. Small condo and we had 3 of us. Do not think it is walking distance to the beach - at least not for a day adventure . Also 2nd floor was not bad to get up one flight of stairs. I don’t think the people upstairs were purposely loud but just normal walking and talking could be heard and I’m sure they heard us laughing and talking. Would like to be closer to the beach next time but the place was very cute .

I enjoyed the property, but was disappointed in all the restrictions. Being able to park only one car was a challenge and not apparent on the original booking.

Cute little condo in Wells with some cons

Did we enjoy our stay? Yes. Could it have been better? Definitely yes. This property is a cute little place, very clean and comfortable for 4. It has all of the amenities of home, with some nice touches that had us exclaiming, "oh nice, they do have this!". However, some big cons will probably not have us staying here again: 1) Parking is AWFUL. You're only allowed one spot and they're VERY strict about it, we had to jump through many hoops to figure our the second car. I wish they had clearly stated that in the description. 2) The walls/ceilings are VERY, VERY thin. We were on the lower, 2nd floor and could hear EVERYTHING from the folks upstairs, talking, walking, pulling out chairs, dropping things sounded like walls getting hammered - that made it almost impossible to sleep. Also, the whole process was quite confusing - booked through VRBO, but unit is managed by Vacasa and then the condo association is another company entirely - had to fill out paperwork 3 times! When we had questions, we needed to reach out to multiple contacts to get the runaround.

Great Location everything we needed

Easy access to Wells, Ogunquit and all places along the coast. Plenty of dining opportunities. Two big bedrooms, comfy beds, good kitchen and comfy place to sit in the evenings. Loved it. Would stay again!

Worked great in the off-season

Stayed here with my sisters for a weekend getaway. The condo was clean and well suited for 3 people. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked with clean towels. It was a tricky time of year because a lot of the local restaurants were closed but we managed to find some cute shops to go to and had a delicious dinner at Beachfire Restaurant down the street. It was nice and quiet and not a lot of traffic even down by the shops. My one complaint is the lack of on-site parking for more than one car. We didn't travel together since we came from different states but we made it work. I would imagine that could be difficult with more people. Overall I highly recommend this condo at least in the off season.

Comfy and clean!

The condo was very clean and comfy. It was easy to find anything we needed. We stayed at the pool all day one day and had a great time. Will be coming back next year!

The condo is fine for one to two people. It is small but lovely.

The condo was not fully prepared when I arrived. A load of wet laundry was left in the washer and the washer was locked. I had to call the management company. When washer was opened, the laundry was left for me to do. I read about noise. Whenever someone is in the condo above, you can hear every footstep of ever person up there. Plus there are a few neighbors who partied very late one night, but that is to be expected in condos. Be aware that the walls and ceiling are thin and not soundproof. If you come in the Fall know that there is an oak tree next to the condo that drops acorns loudly and the stairs outside and your car. My car roof now has acorn dents in it. There are no other parking spaces that can be used than the one assigned.

Beautiful unit

Beautiful and cozy space in a beautiful part of town. Very easy to get to. Walking distance to lots of things. Need more lighting on the property. Lot of noises from the upstairs unit. We had a great time.
