Very nice property! Well constructed and very cozy. My biggest complaint was that the sheets were HORRIBLE! Clean but very scratchy, cheap motel sheets! Also very cheap toilet paper and paper towels. Really too bad since this is a nice place. Also had to wash the quilt on the bed because it had tooth paste spots or something on it. Washed out no problem.

Comfortable and Convenient Frisco Stay

Great place to stay for close proximity to downtown Frisco and other local restaurants and conveniences. The condo was clean and comfortable with two full baths, which is great if you have a family.

Well maintained property, Plus: 1st floor entry, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer in 2nd bath, bus stop just a short walk away. Planning to stay there again.

Great spot that gets the job done, some amenities a bit dated

Awesome location, cool ground-level condo. It just seemed a bit dated on the inside (carpet, couch upholstery, and TVs..). I'd still recommend this place if you're just needing a solid place to stay with no Air Conditioning.

Perfect getaway

The lake was in walking distance for just enjoying a nice walk. For cooking, there was stores nearby incase something was forgotten. Hot tub right next to unit. Great local shopping.

great place with many years' stay but needs maintenance

We love this place for location near bike trail and close to grocery and charging station. On one level very nice. Layout nice. Unfortunately maintenance has gone downhill with stained carpet and sofa and missing vertical blind panels.

The stains on the carpet really do not help the place feel “clean” :( fingerprints all over the mirror in the living room was the first thing we noticed walking in. The walls are thin or we had really loud neighbors…or both. Woke up every morning before 8am to a family of 6 going down the stairs in ski boots :( For the price, providing a few more kitchen staples like coffee and aluminum foil would be nice.

Beautiful property in a perfect location -- could use a cleaning

This property is located in a beautiful location with aspen trees shading the back deck. Quiet and convenient location with easy access to the Dillion Lake Rec Path. Unfortunately, the property is in need of a deep cleaning - mildewy shower curtains, grimy floors and rugs ... I ended up doing some cleaning on my vacation ...

Skier

The place is a nice place to stay with easy access to ski areas. The only issue was that the password supplied for internet did not work. Vacasa tried to help but did not solve problem. This was frustrating.
