Comfortable accommodation for week of skiing

Everything needed in central location for a buddy ski trip. Close to breck bus stop, also alternate ski locations within 30-45 minute drive. Everything was clean and all needed kitchen and bedding available

Convenient Location

Overall the stay way okay. The condo was spacious and had nice amenities as far as the fireplace, hot tub and easy parking. It was a little disappointing finding out the hot tub closed at 9pm. The master bedroom door handle was broken and the lock box guest key was unable to open. The beds were not the comfiest as you felt like you were sleeping on the springs. The kitchen was at least stocked and the condo had all the towels and everything needed. It just felt a little over priced for what we got.

Deceptive pictures - for this price you are better off in a hotel

Pictures are highly deceptive. Makes the place look like a modern apartment. This is a really old building. Laundry facilities are on the outside in a really grungy area and you need to walk in the cold to go do laundry which in 20 degree winter is impossible. Coin operated laundry and no change machine. Supplies in the home were highly inadequate- and we had to make a trip to the grocery store to supplement. Location is just ok. It is on the bus route. But not at all walkable to downtown - had to depend on the bus for that too.

We apologize that you did not receive the information regarding the laundry facilities and hope that the refund that you were given has helped with some resolution of the issue you experienced. Our home is a 10-minute walk to main street but we understand that some guests may prefer to find another way of transportation, such as the bus. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!

RENTERS BEWARE!!

Here's what we loved about this condo: location and ease of access to the shuttle us. The floorplan/set-up was also perfect for 4-5 people. THAT'S ALL. Here's the rest of the Review: We arrived to find the parking arrangements quite challenging to understand, the shower curtain in the Primary Bedroom with blood splatters on the inside, used "intimacy products" under the bed, and lots of the dishes in the cabinets to be unclean. This was Christmas Eve. Christmas morning we woke up and attempted to fix breakfast and found the stove to be broken. We were realistic and didn't expect a Repairman to come Christmas Day so we ate cold food, which we brought expecting to cook all breakfast and dinners on our trip to conserve $, but went out to eat that night - finding only a couple restaurants open and with availability. The Repairman showed up the next day, after numerous communications between the VACASA Rep (local and abroad), to find the electrical components melted and unrepairable. This meant "no more cooking breakfasts and dinners on our budgeted trip for 5". The next night we were pulling into our designated parking space and the next door "neighbor" was belligerent, calling my wife all sorts of names for taking too long to get out of the truck so he could pull in", then proceeded to cus at us telling us to "to go the F--- back home!" It was terribly uncomfortable. The next day we got home from skiing and found a large green sticker on my window threatening us!

This was the first place we ever stayed in Breckenridge on our first vacation. The updates are really nice, the views on the back balcony are beautiful. Some things still need to be updated, such as the vent fan in the master bathroom, which sounds like a rock tumbler with no insulation. So loud in such a small space. Management companies changed on the morning of our arrival so some important things were not available, such as checkout procedures. When I called them to ask, they just simply said "procedures are the same as all of our other off-site locations" and didn't offer any details until I asked. Even then they sounded inconvenienced. I hope their communication improves.

Nice but cold!

We came back to the condo after a very cold day skiing and the thermostat was at 50 degrees. We turning it up and it went up to 60 and then kept shutting off and went back to 56 where it stayed all night. The place was freezing all night. There was no number to call. Also, the toilet in the master would not flush right. Forced to use the other toilet. Good location though and plenty of room for 5. Shuttle was nice.

Highly recommend!

Myself my husband and our two children (6&4) stayed at this property for a week. Amazing price for the size of the home. More than enough space for all of us, very clean, fully loaded kitchen. Beds were a little in comfy but fine for an air bnb. The deck is an amazing feature. We did have a little issue with the batteries dying in the door lock/code but Vacasa was very quick to respond and get us In with the backup! Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay however the condo needs updating There was a chair at kitchen table about to fall apart Also the remote did not work. We later contacted management and we did receive a different remote There was only 1 dish towel Thank u

Perfect location to walk to it all

This was a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that was just a few blocks from downtown Breck. Great for our family - we cooked at home at night after skiing with everything available in the kitchen. Walked to Peak 9 - great property. Would stay here again.

Spacious, convenient ski condo!

Great experience. Very responsive to one issue we had while staying there. Had all of the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Great mountain view. Would definitely recommend!!

Old and rundown

The lock did not work on the front door. The stairs to get to the deck we’re not safe and the cement squares that were the flooring of the deck, moved when you walked on them. Not safe at all. It took local management a day to figure out how we could get in the locked pool door. No pool cues for the pool table. You could tell they tried to renovate the inside, but, there was still A LOT to be done. Local management did change the lock, but other than that, wouldn’t speak to us. Had to call the national VACASA number to talk to them about everything. Will NOT use VACASA again. They said they would consider offering some kind of compensation, but in the end, they refused. We feel that this condo was terribly misrepresented online. Please do NOT waste your time and money on this place.

Breck Get-a-Way

Thank you for a wonderful time in your condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Just up the hill from Main St, and a free shuttle that comes every 20mins, meant we could leave the car keys and not worry about parking. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Patio had breathtaking views. Finally, I had a couple of questions for the Vacasa Team (property manager) and they were easy to contact and very helpful. We are already starting to plan our return next year. Thank You!

Super clean, well- appointed condo within walking distance of village!

We (three adults and two children) stayed a three-day weekend in this condo. We were so delighted with it! It was clean and very well appointed. The location was close enough to Breckinridge Village to walk and I went into town by foot multiple times (and enjoyed beautiful views of the town against the mountain backdrop as I walked down the hill). The gas fireplace was easy to deal with and warm and lovely to hang out in front of. The kids were excited to find the games and play with therm. The staff was super attentive when I had questions. I would totally stay here again. Thanks, Vacasa, good job!
