Built in March 2022, this 2-bedroom + loft cabin offers modern comforts, high-end amenities, and the rustic charm you’re looking for in a Smoky Mountain getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Floor: King Log Bedroom w/ Smart TV & Ensuite Bath (Jacuzzi tub + separate shower)

Loft: Log Twin Bunkbeds, game table, board games, access to upper deck

Upstairs Bedroom: Queen Log Bed + 2 Narrow Twin Beds, Smart TV, Full Bath w/ Jacuzzi tub & separate shower
Max occupancy: 8 guests (no sleeper sofas or futons)

Stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, Keurig, and breakfast bar seating for 4—perfect for cooking at “home” after a long day in the mountains!

Location:
Perfectly located off the Spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, you’re just 10–15 minutes to Dollywood, Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, the national park, top hiking trails, and family attractions.

Important Policies:
**NO pets: If you sneak in a pet of any kind (including emotional support pets) you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
**NO smoking/vaping: If you smoke/vape inside the cabin or on any of the porches you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.


NO outdoor fires: The HOA does not authorize outdoor fires. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages.


Hot tub for guests 18+ only (supervised children allowed)


Security camera on front porch (for safety only - Do not disconnect or turn off, you will be asked to leave if you do).


Maximum occupancy strictly enforced (fine for exceeding: $250 per each additional guest over limit of 8 without prior approval)


Check in: After 4:00 pm / Check out: 10:00 am - No early check-in/late check-out unless arranged in advance: late check outs without permission will accrue a $50 charge every 30 minutes.


**Must bring additional supplies beyond starter pack: Starter pack includes 3 dishwasher tablets, 1 rolls of TP per bathroom, 3 laundry pods, sponge and small container of dish detergent, bathroom trash bags per BR, 3-5 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 outdoor trash bags in trash cans outside.


TRASH: make sure to put ALL trash is placed inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the container (next to the driveway).

The cabin is on well water (with filtration system) and a 40-gallon hot water tank—please stagger showers/laundry accordingly.

The fireplace is turned OFF during warmer months.

Snow/ice is rare, but 4WD/AWD are recommended in winter months. HOA will clear roads but main roads take priority. Plan accordingly!
