The Space:

Wake up to the sound of the water in the heart of San Juan. This beautifully decorated condo sits right where the Condado Lagoon meets the Atlantic, giving you the best of both a coastal escape and city energy.



The living area opens onto your own private balcony — the true crown jewel of the apartment — perfect for a morning cup of Puerto Rican coffee or a sunset cocktail while taking in sweeping water views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal, from cookware and dishware to a coffee maker and wine glasses, plus a dining table for gathering the group.



Across the condo's 3 bedrooms you'll find 2 double beds in the first, and a queen bed in each of the other two — comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Each of the 3 full bathrooms comes with a soaking tub, hot water, and hair dryer. A shared on-site pool rounds things out, a genuine rarity for this pocket of Condado, along with a first-floor play area for younger guests.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire condo, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.



Check-in is at the building's front desk; from there, take the elevator up to the 7th floor and let yourself into the unit with your personal keypad code — no need to coordinate meeting anyone in person. Paid parking is available next to the building.

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about a 17-minute drive (11.3 km) away. Within Condado itself, most guests get by comfortably on foot or by a short rideshare — a car isn't essential unless you plan to explore the wider island. For getting to the airport, Old San Juan, or further-out attractions, you have several easy options: rideshare apps like Uber, metered taxis, or a rental car (paid parking is available right next to the building if you choose to drive).

Utilities & Weather in Condado, Puerto Rico



Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations or utility interruptions; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
