The well-equipped and updated kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes, while resulting meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast counter, the stylish dining table, or alfresco on the wraparound deck. Kick back in the sun-soaked living area and stream TV shows, or relax on the deck with a cool drink and listen to the breezes playing through the high grasses. For sleeping options, the main house includes four well-appointed bedrooms, while the studio offers ultimate privacy and features a bed plus a TV. Extra perks include beach towels and an umbrella, an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand, a washer/dryer, and partial air conditioning for added comfort.

Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park commercial district, which gives off a bohemian and breezy vibe. And when you want to hit the beach, this home is just a short walk from the surf and sand.

- A wagon is available at the Ocean Bay Park ferry terminal.

- This home is only accessible via ferry.

- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am

Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.

-No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

-Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

-Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges.

-Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

-Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability.

-Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.



Check-Out

-Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

-Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee.

-Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
