Angela’s house was comfortable and she was quick to respond to issues. Unfortunately, the main amenity that we booked for, the hot tub, was not working properly when we arrived. She said she was aware that some jets were out and was awaiting parts (which wouldn’t arrive while we were there). Unfortunately, the control panel also was not working properly so we weren’t able to get it to even heat up after the first day. She was very kind in getting a technician out and in the end did offer us a partial refund for the trouble since they would not be able to get it fixed while we were there. The home is located in the back of the community so quite a ways from the pool just for reference. I wouldn’t plan to walk with young kids but the drive was no big deal. A few suggestions if I were to make any would be to do something about the sliding door to get outside as it is extremely difficult to open, and maybe add a small salt/pepper shaker to the kitchen. I know it isn’t listed as an amenity but it is something I always appreciate when staying at a rental. Overall the home was clean and we didn’t find any bugs which is always a big plus!
