Flat "Baltycka 6" in Świnoujście is a unique place of rest and relaxation, loved by our most demanding guests who value comfort, peace and convenience. The flat is located in a closed and guarded building built in 2012 in the recreational area of Świnoujście, surrounded by the greenery of the forest. The flat borders the spa district and is located very close to the seaside promenade in Świnoujście. There is a beach nearby, where, in addition to sunbathing, you can enjoy interesting leisure activities with water sports and recreational attractions.
It is a very spacious and fully equipped flat with one bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with total area of 41 m2. A very large terrace with a seating set significantly increases the space. It is the perfect place to feast with your loved ones and spend long summer evenings in comfort and privacy.
