Occupancy is strictly limited to 2 adults. While children, babies, and pets are loved, this unit is not suitable for them and they are not allowed.
Guests may have up to 2 adult visitors, but overnight visitors are not permitted. Visitor access may be restricted during peak seasons.
All guests and visitors must check in and out with Security and must wear wristbands while on the property.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the complex.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
All renters must follow the condominium rules. A copy of the rules will be provided at check-in, and the full rule sheet is available upon request before booking.
Access to the condo is through a smart lock with a personal key code. Guests should always communicate with the property manager through the booking platform's messaging system.
