Walk to Wicker Park's best restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, then come home to unwind with Netflix, a chef's kitchen, plush bedrooms, and your own free onsite parking spot.

You’ll have the home to yourselves, but we’re always close by if you need anything. We respond quickly and are happy to help with early check-in, local recommendations, or anything that comes up during your stay.

Guest Access

• Entire Apartment: You have private use of the full Unit 1R, including all living spaces.

• Street Parking: Free street parking is readily available in front (no permit required).

• Laundry: Private in-unit washer and dryer.

The Sleeping Arrangements

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed + TV

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + TV

• Extra Sleeping: The living room couch sleeps one. A twin rollaway bed is available upon request.

The Space

• Kitchen & Dining: Chef's kitchen features a dishwasher and comfortable dining seating for four.

• Bathroom: Modern design with a deep soaking bathtub.

• Laundry: Convenient onsite washer and dryer.

Parking: Plentiful free street parking is also available directly in front.

Your stay includes support from our local team to ensure a smooth stay.

• No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500)
• Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay)
• Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee
• Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas

Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy (14+ Nights)
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks to maintain the property and your comfort.

Fee: $150 per refresh

Floor Care: Professional vacuuming and mopping.

Restock: Replenishing essentials like coffee, paper products, and toiletries.
