Panorama terrace with view of the coast - Cosy Tuscany country house

The house is situated on the outskirts of Corsanico next to an olive grove and has a beautiful view of the coast between Livorno and Viareggio. It is very quiet because the road, which also does not pass directly by the houses, has very little traffic. large terrace (approx. 15 sqm) with shady pergola. Between the house and the terrace is also an additional terrace (without panorama but with a lot of shade) with a persimmon tree . The house is typically Tuscan with beams and terracotta floors. The atmosphere in the house is cosy and well equipped but with relatively simple furnishings. (see photos). Inside is fresher in summer because it is an old house. The house is not alone, but in a row of 4 small houses (very nice, quiet neighbours). All around is olive grove and a patch of forest. The road is just below, at the edge of the olive grove.
