We provide the initial Toilet paper and Paper Towel. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash as well! There are hairdryers in both bathrooms. All rooms have fresh sheets and towels!

Guest access
You will access the home via the front door smart lock. You will have access to the full house, backyard and pool. Driveway parking.

We have a smart lock system with a personalized access code for each group of guest. The code will be provided the day of your arrival.

This is a brand-new, upgraded Sierra AX-2 electric LSV — the perfect way to experience everything St. Augustine has to offer!
With its powerful lithium battery, you'll get 30-35 miles per charge, meaning you'll typically only need to plug it in every few days (depending on use). You can drive on any road with a speed limit of 35 mph or less - perfect for cruising through downtown, browsing the shops in uptown, and crossing the Bridge of Lions to explore Davis Shores and roam the lighthouse grounds before climbing to the top for the most amazing view of the town, and even get to the Alligator Farm via
neighborhood streets. (Please note: you won't be able to continue past the Alligator Farm toward the beach, as the speed limit jumps to 45 MPH)

In Florida it's completely natural to have concerns about the possibility of encountering tropical bugs and critters. However, rest assured that our Airbnb is well-maintained by a reliable pest control service. They regularly inspect and treat the property to ensure that any potential bug issues are addressed promptly.

In addition to professional pest control, the exterior is specifically treated for mosquitos. Bug spray is also located in the pantry closet.

While it's always good to be prepared, we want to assure you that we prioritize your safety and comfort during your stay. We strive to create a clean and bug-free environment for our guests to enjoy their time with us.

The pool is maintained and serviced weekly. Please understand that there are many trees in the yard and some leaves in the pool may be inevitable. There is a skimmer available.

The pool heater is set to 90 degrees and is not guaranteed to reach this temp at all times, especially when lows are under 60 degrees consistently.

Please note that if you show up with a cat/dog there will be a $300 fine and you will be asked to leave with no refund, unless agreed upon in advance.
