This exclusive booking provides access to all ten beautifully designed suites within the Gem Stays property, accommodating up to 56 overnight guests.

Your reservation includes all ten suites within the Gem Stays property.


Premium Suites

Unit 1 – The Jade Suite

• 2 bedrooms

• Queen bed

• Two twin beds

• 1 full bathroom + 1 half bathroom

• Premium kitchenette with air fryer, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster


Standard Guest Suites (Units 2–9)

Each suite includes:

• 2 bedrooms (Queen + Double bed)

• Queen pull-out sofa in living area

• 1 full bathroom

• 1 half bathroom

Kitchenette with:

• Microwave

• Mini fridge

• Coffee machine

• Kettle

• Toaster

• Sink

• Plateware and cutlery



Unit 10 – The Ruby Suite

• 2 bedrooms

• Queen bed

• Double bed

• 1 full bathroom + 1 half bathroom

• Full kitchen with apartment-size stove, refrigerator, cookware, and utensils


Each suite is two levels, with living space on the main level and bedrooms upstairs.


Guests will also enjoy access to:

• Hallways and shared circulation areas between suites



Cooking Information

Cooking facilities vary across suites:

• Full cooking available only in the Ruby Suite (Unit 10)

• Jade Suite includes light appliances only

• Suites 2–9 include light-use kitchenettes


Large group cooking is not permitted inside suites.


A commercial prep kitchen may be available as an optional add-on subject to availability and approval.

Event Bookings

Guests hosting an event at The Gem Event Centre may also receive exclusive use of:

If your reservation is accommodation only, the buyout includes:

• All ten suites

• Gem Stays Upper Lounge


The Lobby and Event Space are not included.


Events Nearby

The property is located next to The Gem Event Centre, which occasionally hosts weddings, celebrations, and private events.

While we make every effort to maintain a comfortable environment for guests, there may occasionally be activity related to scheduled events.



Accessibility

• Elevator access is available to the main accommodation level

• Bedrooms require stair access

• Unit 2 includes an accessible bathroom and shower

• The accessible sleeping arrangement in Unit 2 is located on the main floor pull-out sofa

Guests with mobility limitations should note that most sleeping areas require stairs.

Ambient Noise

The property is located near a highway and railway corridor, and occasional ambient noise may occur.

Pets

Dogs are permitted with approval.

• Maximum 4 dogs total

• $50 per dog

• Maximum $200

Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.

Smoking or vaping (including cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the property and within 10 meters of the building.

Unauthorized parties, gatherings, excessive noise, or exceeding the approved occupancy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
