TWO TERRACES AND A MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN
From the large rooftop terrace of the lovingly designed Villetta Le Gemelle, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the sea and Marina di Camerota.
On the approximately 12 m² covered and furnished terrace in front of the house, you can enjoy Mediterranean specialties or relax on the Hollywood swing. Surrounding it, a garden filled with palm trees and cacti exudes southern Italian charm.

AUTHENTIC AND UNIQUE
The consistently tasteful furnishings of the Villetta—named after the owner’s twin daughters (“le gemelle,” Eng.: the twins)—reveal that the owner has lived here for a long time with her family.

The large living/dining room is located right at the entrance. Light-colored furniture and the colorful wall design create a cozy atmosphere. The small kitchen is separated from the living/dining area by a counter. The Villetta also features a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with air conditioning.

You can park your car on the fenced-in property.

THE SURROUNDINGS OF VILLETTA LE GEMELLE
The sandy beach at Capo Grosso is just an 800-meter walk away. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 1 km away, at the entrance to Marina. You’ll also find the Consentino bakery there, where you can usually buy fresh bread every day.

If you’d like to visit Villetta Le Gemelle in August, please note that the entire town can get quite lively, sometimes well into the evening hours. Outside of peak season, however, the area is ideal for exploring the Cilento region.

On the covered and furnished terrace (approx. 12 m²) in front of the house, you can enjoy Mediterranean specialties or relax on the garden swing. A wonderful garden planted with palms and cacti exudes a southern Italian atmosphere.

You enter the vacation home into the large living-dining room, where light-colored furniture and the wall colors create a cozy atmosphere. Separated from the living-dining area by a bar is the small kitchen (including a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment). The vacation home has 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and one bathroom (shower/bathtub/toilet/bidet).

Amenities also include: washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, central heating (extra charge), air conditioning (extra charge) in the bedroom with the double bed, and window screens. A children’s bed can be provided upon request. Parking is available on the fenced property.
