Vacation home with sauna and fireplace for 6 people—House 12 “De Henkieker”<br><br>This Low German name was chosen because of the thatched-roof house’s stunning location—“the eye-catcher with a view.”<br>The house was furnished in 2023 so that you can either greet the morning sun on the spacious terrace or wind down the evening in cozy company. You can comfortably enjoy the sunset in our beach chair.<br>All rooms are spacious and designed with plenty of open space. <br>The three bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. Special attention was paid to breathable and hypoallergenic comforters and pillows.<br>Upstairs, you’ll be able to stay in two large living/bedrooms featuring a TV and a cozy corner, or a modern sofa with a charging station for tablets and more. <br>The living area features a large dining table where all guests can play, eat, celebrate, and chat. The fireplace, the flexible lounge area, and the integrated kitchen with a wine refrigerator, coffee grinder, and much more all contribute to a cozy atmosphere.<br>As you relax in the sauna with a view of the adjacent meadows, you’ll forget all the stress of everyday life. <br>There are parking spaces for up to 3 cars next to the house. A Wall Box is installed.<br>In the bike/storage shed, you’ll find an electric grill and a handcart, as well as space for bikes and other items.<br><br>Enjoy a relaxing stay—you’re sure to feel right at home at the “Henkieker.”<br><br>Please note:<br>Smoking is not permitted inside the house. <br>Pets are not allowed. <br>Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and setting off fireworks (New Year’s Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited. Located between Rostock and Wismar, the “Haffdroom” vacation home area is nestled among forests, meadows, fields, and the Baltic Sea landscape.<br>Whether you’d like to spend your vacation in our homes with your family, as a couple, or with friends.
