Welcome to Splash Landing where the fun never stops! Whether you are here to play some golf or just kick back and relax, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom getaway is designed for pure entertainment. We’ve included a 2 seater golf cart for your use, making it a breeze to cruise around The Villages, and get to your favorite golf courses. After a long day of golf nothing feels better than jumping in a pool!



The Space:

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for families or couples looking to explore all that The Villages has to offer!



Bedrooms:



King Bedroom: Offers a very comfy king size bed! It also sports its own tv, and easy access to the pool.



Queen Bedroom: Offers a very comfy queen size bed, and sports it's own tv, with a very comfy lounging chair.



Bunk Room: The Bunkroom has a twin sized bed on top, and a full bed on the bottom! The bedroom has a tv so that your kids can watch their favorite movie before bed! It also has it's own access to the pool, so parents remember to lock the sliding glass doors!





Bathrooms:



Master Bathroom: En-suite in master bedroom, to give you all the privacy you need to get ready for a night out on the square!



Guest Bathroom: Sits between bedrooms 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference.



Guest Access:

Guests of Splash Landing will have full access to the entire house. Enjoy the private heated pool, perfect for a refreshing swim any time of day. The included 2 seater golf cart is at your disposal, offering convenient transportation around The Villages and to nearby golf courses and town squares. You'll also have access to the driveway for parking and the backyard for relaxation. Inside, you'll find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen.

A short golf cart ride will take you to numerous championship golf courses, perfect for a morning tee time. Priority Check In:

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.



This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!



Pet Fee:

Pets are family, and we’re happy to host yours! We charge a small $50.00 fee per stay (no animal limit), to give our home an extra thorough clean after your stay, making sure every guest enjoys a pristine experience.



Special Note:

Construction vehicles are not permitted to stay overnight in The Villages.

We are available to assist you throughout your stay! You can reach us via the messaging system. We typically respond within 5 minutes to answer any questions about the house, need recommendations for things to do in The Villages, or require any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
