A Home Designed for Fun
The main living area is located upstairs and gives everyone plenty of room to gather, relax, and watch a movie on the huge TV. The home has a fun, eclectic personality, with unique light fixtures and other design details that give the newly renovated space character.

Downstairs, the family and game room becomes its own entertainment zone. Challenge your group to a game of foosball, air hockey, or pool on the convertible game table, relax in the additional seating area, or head to the dedicated workout station for a little exercise followed by a relaxing sauna.

The downstairs level also includes the home's third bedroom and second full bathroom, making this floor especially convenient for families or groups who want a little extra separation.
