Welcome to the 3-room vacation apartment “Baywatch”! This beautiful apartment is located in the first row of low-rise buildings (2nd floor) and thus offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The cozy and tastefully furnished living and dining area, with an adjoining balcony, is perfect for relaxing vacation days. A comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) is situated in a separate alcove, also within the living and dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is integrated into the living/dining area. The bedroom features two single beds (each 90 x 190 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The apartment features a separate walk-in closet. The bright, tiled, and modern bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower and is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few steps away—no need to cross any streets. Parking space included. You can securely store your bicycles in the apartment’s basement storage unit.

The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
