Thank you for staying at Boardwalk Resort 507 and for your 4‑star review. I’m glad the unit size, closet space, comfortable beds, and balcony furniture worked well for you and your children. I’m very sorry for the maintenance and cleanliness issues you experienced — the vacuum, microwave light, bunk lights, broken sliding-door curtain, slow bathroom fan, filthy broom, the musty smell and bathroom mold, and the missing chain on the entry door. I’ve reported all of these to our maintenance team and the owner so they can inspect the bathroom for any water damage, address the mold and odor, repair or replace the affected items, and improve the cleaning checklist. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. If there’s anything specific that would have made your stay a 5‑star experience, please let us know. We hope to welcome you back. Team BBG

Based on this guest's feedback, we reviewed our description of the unit. We don't advertise the fitness center because it is not available to our guests.

Mark, thank you for your review. I will make sure the operations manager is aware of this issue with the door code. Our door codes are programmed to stop after 10 am on the day of check out. We do hope you had a great stay though.

Sean, thank you so much for your great review. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. Cleanliness and wet carpeting/couches are unacceptable — housekeeping has been notified to perform a full deep clean of the unit and to remove any hair and debris found. Maintenance will inspect the carpeting and upholstery for water damage and replace items as needed, and the peeling faux-wood coffee table will be repaired or replaced. The black mold you reported is a safety priority; maintenance will assess and remediate any mold immediately. We’ll also have the water heater/shower serviced to restore proper hot water and check the bedroom TV and volume controls to repair or replace as necessary. The top bunk will be inspected and secured or removed if it isn’t safe. We’ll review the unit and the listing to ensure the condition is accurately represented and will reinforce turnover procedures with housekeeping so issues are caught before arrival. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention — we’ll use your comments to make improvements.

Rachel, thank you for your feedback. We do try to give you a heads up prior to your arrival of what is provided in both your rental agreement and your carefree instructions. These items are meant to get you started so you do not have to rush out to the store the minute you arrive but the rest of the stay is up to the guest. We are glad that you had a great stay though.
