Apartment complex Ostseeblick WE Wustrow 51: 2-room apartment close to the beach with balcony

Located right near the beach, this modern and very attractive 2-room apartment (approx. 61 m²) on the 2nd floor offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. Thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, you also have a side view of the nearby Baltic Sea beach. The flooring in the living areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain design; the kitchen, entryway, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The modern and spacious living/dining room features a separate sitting area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch, a coffee table and armchair, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, as well as 2 large, spacious closets and 2 sideboards or dressers. From the living room, you have direct access to the covered balcony, which is approximately 3 m² in size and furnished with balcony furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The separate kitchen features a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe.

The pull-out sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with exterior roller shutters for blackout.

The inviting bathroom features a bathtub, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towel warmer, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the apartment complex for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 133) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex’s grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

Bringing a small dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. On the first floor of the apartment complex, there are 3 additional restaurants (a Chinese, a seafood, and a Balkan restaurant), and you’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
