The deposit must always be transferred to Private Zimmervermittlung, owned by Dorina Hiller. You will find the relevant account information in the “Payments” section of your booking confirmation.

The remaining balance is always paid to the account of the respective owner of the vacation rental. These account details are also listed in your booking confirmation under “Payments.”

Look forward to relaxing days by the sea, beautiful surroundings, and a laid-back stay in a family-friendly vacation home.

Following a comprehensive renovation, the vacation home reopened in the spring of 2026. It features modern and comfortable amenities—ideal for families or two couples who are friends and want to vacation together.

The entryway features a spacious hallway. The kitchen features a large, functional built-in kitchen with a seating area and access to the patio. In the living room, a fireplace provides cozy warmth during the colder months.

Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer plenty of space and privacy. The entire house is bright, cheerful, and inviting. A free parking space is located right next to the house.

Location

The vacation home is located just about 800 meters from the boardwalk and the expansive sandy beach of Lubmin. The nearest major town is Greifswald.
