This was our 4th time staying in Santa Barbara and this was the best place we have stayed. It was accurately described, comfortable, very clean, and a fantastic location. The communication was top notch. I will definitely stay here again!!

Anniversary celebration

Overall our stay was delightful and we would be back. For the landlord : the shower diverter needs replacement. It only works if the spout is in full on position before the water is turned on.

Excellent host / property!

We had a great time during our stay. The listing was accurate, clean, and check in was seamless. We had a late flight and host was nice enough to offer complimentary late check out which allowed us to spend more time exploring!

Great location

This was a very comfortable place to stay, only a couple of blocks to the beach. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for a very pleasant weekend!

Good Choice for a Short Stay

Another tidy little unit in the big yellow house! Layout is a bit quirky with entry into the kitchen, a tight bathroom, and outdoor patio access from the bedroom. Eclectic furnishings and worn carpet give the impression of a college apartment, but the space is actually quite clean. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. We would have liked plumper head pillows and another six coffee cups in the cabinet to cut down on dishwashing. That said, the unit is a good choice for a short stay and we intend to return.

Our stay in Santa Barbara was nice. The condo was exactly what we had hoped for and gave us plenty of space to relax after being on the road for a couple of weeks. It was within walking distance to State Street and the beach.

5 Year Anniversary Getaway

We wanted to take this time to say THANK YOU! We appreciated you to allow us to stay at your hidden gem nearly 3 blocks away from the ocean. Great location to all; walking distance to food, seafood restaurants, wineries and best of all breweries. Your home was so cozy, welcoming and very clean. The only thing we would say is upgrade the TV since we were unable to stream from our phones(very difficult). We definitely want to come back soon and will keep you on our minds when we think of going to Santa Barbara. We took a little long to write this but was reminded from the bottle of champagne you gave us, which we are drinking now. You exceeded our expectation as we celebrated our 5 year anniversary. Again well done. Stay safe from Hilary and hope all is well. Best, Rick and Rosemary

The apartment was very well appointed. We had a floor fan which was broken upon our arrival and it was quickly replaced by the on-site manager. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is too small to entertain even another couple.

Good location for the price

Pros: - It was good location within walking distance to the beach and main strip. - Much cheaper than hotels in the area and more value for the money. - Nice coffee machine. - Enjoyed eating on the outside patio. Cons: - Carpet needs to replaced with hardwood or tile. Seems old, dingy, and had a musky smell. - The cart in bathroom between the sink and shower made that area cramped. I would suggest installing a medicine cabinet for guest to store toiletries. - Cable TV remote worked only half the time when watching streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. Should have the remote from the actual TV available. - May want to fix the light in the bedroom, it's not properly aligned and looks like it's going to fall off.

Luckily, we have a very small car or parking would have been a problem. Listing stated there was a private washer & dryer with soap, this was not true. Although the manager promptly assisted us to the housekeeping laundry, listing needs to be corrected. Location was great, near beach & many restaurants.

Great location

Super cute building, we just returned from Italy and it sure resembles a lot of the VRBO’s we stayed in there. The location was close to the beach and town. We parked our car and didn’t use it until we left! The apartment is super cute and clean with a nice little patio. We loved falling asleep to the fountain outside. Highly recommend it!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our Santa Barbara stay. Downtown Santa Barbara was just great with lots of very nice restaurants, bars and cultural attractions. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Neighborhood was very nice and safe and well located near downtown and readily accessible to other parts of the Santa Barbara area. Off street park very close to the unit was quite easy. We hope we have the opportunity to rent this unit again in this beautiful area.

We own multiple properties in Santa Barbara. All the studio, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units you see here are located on 201 Bath Street. My husband and I own and manage each of our properties. We have pride of ownership and when you call with questions regarding the properties or any concerns you speak directly to us. We own and manage the entire complex and all the units inside it. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.

There are so many Santa Barbara properties available for rent. The number one difference between all of them are location, location, location. The closer to the beach and the closer to Santa Barbara the more expensive the real estate. We are 2 blocks to the beach and downtown, not on a commercial thorough fare, not next to the highway or railroad track and not a bus ride or car ride away from downtown. We combine our location with the best pricing and the best amenities. Finally, we are immaculately clean.
