** Ingen skader fra orkanen! Lavere niveau er blevet repareret og er som nyt! Bare en kort gåtur til stranden er Studio Sea et nyrenoveret fire-værelses Florida-sommerhus på Florida. To af soveværelserne er på det overordnede niveau. Et stort tredje soveværelse, fjerde soveværelse og bad er på lavere niveau med en separat indgang, hvilket gør det perfekt til to familier eller par. Afkøles i den nye pool. Se bugten fra solterrassen eller sidde på verandaen med familie og venner. Lad morgenen hilse dig i det solrige opholdsstue, der inkluderer åbent køkken, spisestue og opholdsrum.
Som meget af St. Studio Island, George Island, er kæledyrsvenligt. Mad og vandretter leveres til din firbenede ven.

I løbet af dagen drage fordel af alle de tilgængelige aktiviteter på St. George Island eller butik i Apalachicola. I 2013 Dr. Strand vurderede strandene i St. George Island som tredje bedst i USA. Always enjoy Studio Sea

This was our third year at Studio Sea and we have already booked for a fourth. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach yet off the busier main road. The private pool is perfect. The interior is spacious and the separate living areas with private entrances are perfect for a small family or couples desiring to stay at the same location but still have separate personal space. The decks offer wonderful views of the ocean. Kitchen and living area in the upstairs unit provide are spacious for family dinners and game nights!

This place is perfect for a family and pets

This place was perfect for my family and 2 dogs. This was our first first time at St. George Island and we will definitely be back and stay here again.

Lovely vacation home

All the comforts of home and a great location! Clean and has everything you need. Loved the pool and patio! Owner was super nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for more! Will definitely be back!

Perfect Location; Perfect House

Our stay at Studio Sea was perfect! The house was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. My husband and I were traveling with my brother-in-law, and having the "apartment" on the ground floor was good for us. The house had everything we could have possibly needed with a fully stocked kitchen; plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. There are also lots of games and puzzles if you have any rainy days. We only had one. The pool is awesome! I spent a lot of time in and around it. There is always a sunny spot! The porch and rooftop deck are the perfect places to relax and enjoy listening to the birds sing and the waves smack the sand. The house is located a block (and 2 roads) away from the beach at an access point with no steps (I know this is important if you are taking a cart to the beach). David, the owner, is very easy to work with and is very attentive to anything you might need or if you have any questions. We really enjoyed our week at Studio Sea and hope to return in the future!

Amazing!

Studio by the Sea was the perfect place for our family. This was our first time visiting St. George’s Island and we are now looking forward to many more trips in the future. Beach just a short walk away, our kids loved the pool, & star gazing on the top deck was fantastic! Thanks David for sharing your home!

Great spot!

Easy to rent, exactly as advertised! Location is perfect - we had easy walks to the beach, easy drive into the middle of the island for groceries and dining out. Glad to find this place, we'll try to book it again when we return :-)

Perfect home for my dog and me!

This house was terrific one block across from public beach access with a boardwalk. Beds were comfy every thing was super clean. Enjoyed the pool and sundeck. Best of all got to bring my dog! Will be back

Perfect House/Perfect Host

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Studio Sea. We love it so much, we’ve already booked again for next year. The property is well kept, nicely furnished and clean. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The host, David Mann, is just a moments call away and is super responsive and goes out of his way to make us feel welcome.

New Favorite Rental

Loved everything about the house and location. The separate living quarters gave the teenagers privacy and us some peace and quiet! LOL. Will definitely book again. The night time swimming with the cool pool lights were a big hit!

Perfect location for an Island Getaway

Loved the cottage, pool, location and amenities of this home away from home. From the time we arrived the peaceful feel was amazing. Across the street one block is a boardwalk that is direct beach access. Great food and live music witnin a mile or so and the Island has so much to offer! Historical Apalachicola is 10 minutes away. Perfect! Thank you for sharing your beach home.

Great location

Short (1) block walk to the beach! Was nice to have plenty of room on the beach without the crowds. Good local donuts & pizza. We typically go to Destin or Gulf Shores so it was nice to have a vacation without the traffic & crowds! Grandkids enjoyed the pool as well.

Girls weekend

We take an annual girls trip to a new beach town each year and this year was no exception. This is a nice cottage type feel with a pool that were enjoyed all weekend as there was red tide.

Perfect!

Amazing host! Easy to communicate with and answers questions quickly. Was out of town and still had his family check in with us to make sure it was all ok! Super clean, lots of room and there were 10 of us! 5 min walk to the beach so very easy to get back and forth. Perfect week! Thank you!

Vacation Stay

Overall we had a good stay. Working with Owners was great. Always polite and responsive. Perfect walk to/from beach from house. House was clean but could use some deep cleaning in areas but overall ok.

Close to the beach

Everything was as expected. The recent storm did leave the pool and pool area in need of cleaning which was taken cleaned up. Loved the open floor plan. Most important was the closeness to the beach. That was all that matter to the kids.

Home away from Home

This is my 3 time renting this house. My family of 5 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room without feeling crowded and very CLEAN. It's a perfect spot ONLY 1 BLOCK FROM THE BEACH!!! I will forever rent this house as long as I come to St. George Island. Thank you again. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!

Best location

This has been my family's 4th year coming to Saint George Island and to this house. It is absolutely perfect for a family of 5 and 2 dogs. The house is clean David is very responsive. Are Ac went out when we got there (one of the hottest days saint george has seen in a while) and David was right on it and got it fixed very quickly. One thing i love is that the house is 1 block from the beach. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you again David for letting us rent your beach house for the week!!

Great Property on a quiet beach

This was our first time on St. George Island and this house was in a perfect spot. A 5-minute walk to the beach or you can park your car at the beach. It is right at the beach access. My wife and I came down with our 3 teenagers, 2 dogs, and 2 of their friends and had plenty of room. Our two girls and their friends enjoyed staying in the downstairs area, staying up late, and watching movies. We enjoyed the porch in the mornings and sitting by the private pool. David is great to work with and if I had questions he was quick with a response. We will definitely be back.

The pool was a lifesaver!

The property was great, located about a block from the beach. It had everything we needed to get through the week. Sadly, it was very rainy all week with red and double red flag warnings so swimming in the gulf was limited. We were at the house often and throughly enjoyed the pool, puzzles and games. David is an exceptional host and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was also so convenient to be able to park our family member’s boat there on the property with plenty of hose to rinse it off after a day out. Thank you, David, for use of your home for a fantastic week (despite the weather working against us)!!

I first visited St. George Island as a result of a search for a pet-friendly vacation destination with great fishing and beautiful beaches. My family fell in love with the island and we visited for many years before eventually purchasing Studio Sea. I now enjoy spending my winters at Studio Sea and being able to share it with others in the summers.

Studio Sea renters are pleased with the flexibility and ease of communication with the owner/manager.

Studio Sea is updated annually. The latest upgrade being new kitchen countertops and appliances.
