Smukt renoveret Bonefish Yacht Club Rækkehus

Vores Bonefish Yacht Club byhus har to rummelige balkoner med fantastisk udsigt over Atlanterhavet og Bonefish Tower. Dette tre soveværelser, tre badeværelser byhus ligger i Coco Plum samfund i Marathon, Florida, hjertet af nøglerne. Dette byhus tilbyder alle de bekvemmeligheder af en god ferie; herunder en pool, tennisbaner og smuk udsigt. Tæt på den offentlige Coco Plum Beach.

Bådslip til rådighed for $ 300 pr. Uge i juni 1 - 31. oktober.

Hjemmet er tre niveauer, overdækket parkering og opbevaring på den første, stue og soveværelse er på den anden og derefter to herrer på tredje niveau.

-Dining område med plads til 6
-Stort køkken med bar plads til 5
-Twin soveværelse og fælles bad

Yacht Club faciliteterne er simpelthen smukke og tilbyder en pool opvarmet om vinteren og kølet om sommeren med Tiki klubhus og tændt tennisbane. Paved cykel / jogging stier er lige uden for byhuset indgangen. Beliggende minutter fra alle de fantastiske restauranter, strande og natteliv i Marathon og kun en time fra den spændende by Key West, er denne eksklusive yacht club det perfekte sted at komme væk fra det hele.

Der er to offentlige strande og en statspark i nærheden af hjemmet. Coco Plum ligger 2 minutters kørsel, Sombrero Beach ligger 15 minutter væk, og Curry Hammock State Park ligger 7 minutter væk fra hjemmet.

Marathon vacation

Friends from Virginia, Texas and Florida met for two weeks to visit and enjoy the Keys. Townhouse was very well furnished! Stairs were a bit challenging for us but we considered them a workout. Rental agency was very responsive to text questions and regarding A/C issues on last two days. They came right away to fix A/C. Pool is conveniently located across from townhome. Neighbors were very friendly!

MARATHON Keys

The only complaints that I have was the oven was not cleaned and smoked when we tried to heat up baked potatoes . Otherwise the property and unit was very nice. I am still awaiting my security deposit to be refunded after checking out almost 2 weeks ago.

A Great Place to Stay

Two couples and my spouse and I stayed in this condo for 10 days. It was as described and the 5 star reviews are well deserved.The condo was very clean on arrival and was very well stocked in the kitchen (spices, pans, tableware, etc) as well as bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, TP, etc).The kitchen appliances were very nice and we cooked several meals in the kitchen.We enjoyed the view from the 2 porches, we enjoyed walking around the marina, and we loved the clean and spacious pool area.We found the location to be great for taking quiet walks and Coco Plum Beach is only a 1/2 mile down the road. It is a very natural beauthiful beach.It is an easy drive to shops and restaurants.Really nice beach towels and chairs were supplied.The beds were all comfortable and we loved the ample and comfortable livingroom seating.We checked out other rentals that we had been considering on Marathon (in the same price range), and this was the best. It has very spacious parking, the community is spacious, and so is the condo. Others can be quite crowded and close.We highly recommend Bonefish Yacht Club 5D.

Lovely experience

We stayed with three generations of our family (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, and three kids) and found the condo comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for a great week in the Keys. The location was an easy drive to everything on Marathon, but still tucked away and quiet. The pool was just a stone's throw away, which made it easy for us to spend some extra time there. Some highlights about the condo itself -- beds were very comfortable, plenty of games and TV's for downtime, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, tupperware, utensils, spices, etc. The reclining couches were fabulous, I spent most of my indoor time on the recliner. The second floor deck was enclosed, which was great for keeping away bugs. The car space under the unit made it very easy to park and get into and out of the house. We also liked the soaps, lotions, shampoos, body washes, etc. that were provided. All of the thought that went into making the condo a welcoming place, like a second home, was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Great location, very quiet and the boat slip was perfect for our 32’ boat. The place was very clean and comfortable. Bring your own necessities like hand soap and cooking necessities like oil and pepper.

Complex is older, but in a nice quiet location! Parking is tight for bigger vehicle. Unit needs a bit of an update with some of the appliances, but not a deal breaker. Dryer was not heating, and had to figure out places to hang items to dry. Again, not a deal breaker! The unit could be fitted with more hooks or hanging bars for wet items, as it's not suggested to have items hanging over the porch railings. Never access the pool but looked nice.
