COMPLEX / FÆLLESSKABET
Vitamin Sea er et soveværelse / et bad lejlighed, der tilbyder en afslappende og rolig flugt fra hverdagen. Solen er god for sjælen, og når du bliver her, blødgør du den op! Denne enhed ligger på 2. sal og tilbyder en fantastisk udsigt over Padre-søen. Du er kun 500 meter fra stranden og kun få skridt væk fra den mousserende pool og boblebadet. Du har også adgang til bar-b-q-grober, privat dam, lysthus, forretningscenter og fitnesscenter.

INDRE
Når du træder gennem døren, kan du nyde et fuldstændig renoveret condo, der tilbyder en åben stue, spisestue og køkkenområde, der er perfekt til at samle alle sammen, mens du nyder din ferie. Du finder også et fladskærms-tv, fuldt udstyret køkken, queensize-seng og en queensize-sovesofa med hukommelse af skummadras. Indendørs er fantastisk, men du vil sandsynligvis tilbringe dine aftener på terrassen med udsigt over Lake Padre.

Nice location

Small and pretty clean - hide a bed is ok for kids only as it has a big bow in it - small family get away it worked great- enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach!

Quaint Condo

Perfect size for a couple. Very clean. Great pool & hot tub. Walking distance to the beach. The bed could have been a little firmer but that’s a personal preference.

Very nice!

Staff was easy to get a hold of and so eager to help if needed! The property as well as the room was very clean. Walking distance to beach. Washer and dryer was a huge plus! Was perfect for my family!!

Cozy beachside stay

This was the perfect clean and cozy condo with the most straightforward access to the beach at a very reasonable price. Nice pool and amenities and the baby gear they had was an added bonus since we did have a little one with us. Honestly my only complaint is not about the property at all but instead the app they request you use as it was constantly crashing.

Nice Place

Apartment was really clean but the balcony, including the outdoor chairs, were pretty dirty and the little table was broken so couldn’t use it. Need better pillows on bed too. Great location for the beach. Would go back again.

Just Enough Vitamin C

My only complaint, just as before, it really needs blackout curtains. The complexes lights shine right into the unit making the bedroom appear daylight at night. This issue doesn’t prevent me from staying in the unit but I will admit that I do not sleep very well. It is extremely close to the beach and the unit is clean.

Clean, bright, exactly as advertised

The condo is clean, bright and spacious for a family of 3. I recommend a noise machine and eye mask if you are a light sleeper as it has a lot of light noise from the complex itself at night. The condo is well kept but the complex looks a little worn. That being said, we had a great time, enjoyed the time we were in the condo and felt safe and satisfied. We will be renting again!

5 Day Stay

For an older property it was pretty nice. The location was great! The pool and area was fantastic. There was dog hair on the couch and the floor when we arrived. The rental said no pets allowed. The bedroom mattress was awful!! We barely slept at night. I suggest they invest in a new mattress. Other then that the place was quiet and fit ours needs.

I requested a noon checkin, I know that's early,and they could have said no upfront. But they sent the contract for me to sign with a noon check in time. Turns out they don't care about that contract and don't guarantee your check in time. So we got there at noon and couldn't get into the rental. Not a great way to start off your vacation.

Okay, a bit pricey for what you get

We rent from VRBO a lot, and I have to admit I miss the actual “by owner” part of VRBO. The property was comfortable enough, but not having the comforts of home was a bit disappointing. There are no kitchen staples, ice maker, water in the fridge, or extra blankets, pillows, etc. No beach gear (thankfully we didn’t need it) but generally beach places provide this especially for families who don’t travel to the beach a lot. I know all of that is in the description, but for the price, it should be included. The building could use some upkeep/deep cleaning but is decent and not in disrepair. Building feels safe, and family friendly, the bed is comfortable, pool is nice, Roku TV was nice. We never had an issue with parking. It’s very close to the beach which was busy but clean. most people opt for a golf cart/gator or drive, but we had bikes. There is a lot of road noise, beware. We enjoyed our stay overall, with room for improvement.

Pictures are deceiving

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although everything in the unit/complex pictures is there, the pictures make everything seem at least 25% bigger than it actually is. As a fitness person, the 'fitness center' was poor. More of a room than a center. For long term renters, some additional TP, garbage bags and cleaning products would be nice. I know that it's stated that a renter will need to go shopping beyond initial setup items, buying these items even in small quantities/sizes means you're going to have to either throw must away or drag them home. The unit/complex is very quiet and located close to the beach, shopping and entertainment/restaurants. Out of control of the complex, but the weather, constant clouds and WIND, not my thing. Regarding 'would you recommend', probably not, but that's very personal.

Reviewer Comments: there was an issue with the CO/smoke detecter chirping when we arrived and the management sat deemed it not worthy to deal with that night . to be clear the chirping was in the bedroom and would have driven us to leave for a hotel for the night but my husband pulled batteries out. Had it been the detecter on the ceiling in the living room he would not have been able to reach it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo, walking distance to beach, tastefully decorated, stocked kitchen, washer+dryer, second floor unit, great swimming pool +jaquzzi, residents were very respectfull. Great overall.
